Using resources according to needs: The  capacity to endure the stress and to regenerate should taken into consideration while using the resources. If the use of resources surpasses our needs, the environment around us will deteriorate. Consumption shall not surpass regeneration and changes shall not take place beyond the enduring capacity.

Improving the social, economic and cultural dimensions of life: The cultural heritage, the tribal people and their culture shall be conserved.
