स्वच्छता भारत अभियान पूर्व में चलाया गया निर्मल भारत अभियान का ही पुनर्गठन है स्वच्छ भारत हरित भारत अभियान की शुरुआत प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी की जलवायु परिवर्तन परिषद द्वारा शुरू किया गया है। इस अभियान की शुरुआत जनसाधारण को अपने आसपास का परिवेश को स्वच्छ और हरा भरा बनाने के लिए की गई है। इसका लक्ष्य साल 2025 तक भारत को एक स्वच्छ, स्वस्थ्य और हरा-भरा राष्ट्र बनाने का है। भारत को स्वच्छ राष्ट्र बनाने का सपना महात्मा गांधी जी का था, जिसे बाद में नरेंद्र मोदी जी द्वारा साकार रूप से पूरा करने के लिए स्वच्छ भारत मिशन को चलाया गया था। इस अभियान की शुरुआत 2 ऑक्टोबर 2014 को की गई थी। जबकि इस अभियान की पहली बार घोषणा पीएम मोदी जी द्वारा 15 अक्टूबर 2014 को दिल्ली के लाल किले पर की गई थी।

स्वच्छ भारत हरित भारत अभियान का उद्देश्य

इस अभियान के कई सारे उद्देश्य हैं, जो की इस प्रकार हैं।

स्वच्छ भारत हरित भारत अभियान के तहत लोगों को स्वछता और हरित पर्यावरण के प्रति जागरूकता पैदा करना और उसके महत्व को समझाना है।
प्रदूषण के कारण हो रहे नुकसान के बारे में बताना है।
ग्रीन हाउस गैसेस के बढ़ने से पढ़ने वाले प्रतिकूल प्रभाव को रोकने है।
वन क्षेत्र को बढ़ाना एवम वनों की कटाई को रोकना।
गंदगी के कारण फैलने वाली मलेरिया, डेंगू, हैजा जैसी बीमारियां को कम करना।
पृथ्वी को एक स्वच्छ और हरा भरा रखने के लिए सभी को प्रेरित करना।

स्वच्छ भारत हरित भारत अभियान जरूरी क्यों है?

स्वच्छता हर एक के लिए आवश्यक है। स्वच्छता के अभाव में कई सारी बीमारियां पनपती हैं। यह घातक बीमारियां शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य के साथ मानसिक स्वास्थ्य पर भी प्रतिकूल प्रभाव डालती हैं। भारत में स्वच्छता के अभाव के कारण संक्रामक बीमारियों के चलते लोग डेंगू, मलेरिया जैसी घातक बीमारियों से पीड़ित हो रहे थे। जिसका मुख्य कारण खुले में शौच करना, गंदगी फैलाना, नदी नालों और तालाबों का गंदा रखना था। इस अभियान के तहत ग्रामीण इलाकों में शौचालयों का निर्माण कर उसका इस्तेमाल करने के लिए लोगों को जागरूक किया गया। लोगों को नियमित साफ सफाई करने के तरीके और उसके महत्व को समझाया गया। जिसका परिणाम आज यह निकला की स्वच्छ भारत अभियान को राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर सफलता प्राप्त हुई है।

CO2 जब्ती क्या है?

स्वच्छ भारत हरित भारत अभियान के तहत CO2 जब्ती पर भी ध्यान दिया जा रहा है। CO2 ज़ब्ती एक ऐसी प्रक्रिया है जिसमें वातावरण से कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड को अवशोषित कर लिया जाता है और इसे पर्यावरण में प्राकृतिक कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड सिंह के अंदर संग्रहित किया जाता है। पेड़ और वन क्षेत्र को पर्यावरण में सबसे बेहतर कार्बन सिंक में से एक माना जाता है जो प्राकृतिक रूप से कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड को अवशोषित कर लेते हैं।

सबसे बड़ा स्वच्छता कार्यक्रम

स्वच्छ भारत अभियान देश के सबसे बड़े कार्यक्रम में से एक माना जाता है। इस अभियान के तहत कई सारे छोट और बड़े कार्यक्रम चलाए गए। इस अभियान में कई महान हस्तियों ने भी अपना योगदान दिया था।

कार्यक्रम का वर्गीकरण: इस कार्यक्रम को दो भागों में विभाजित किया गया था। जिसमें स्वच्छ भारत अभियान (शहरी) जो की आवास और शहरी मामलों के मंत्रालय के अंतर्गत आता है। जबकि दूसरा है, स्वच्छ भारत अभियान (ग्रामीण) जो कि पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता मंत्रालय के अंतर्गत आता।
स्वच्छ भारत अभियान बजट: यह अभियान केंद्रीय बजट 2016 में 90 डॉलर बिलियन के बजट के साथ देश का सबसे बड़ा स्वच्छता अभियान है। इस कार्यक्रम को विश्व बैंक द्वारा करीब 620 बिलियन का समर्थन प्रदान किया गया।
स्वच्छता पखवाड़ा: हर साल एक अक्टूबर से लेकर 15 अक्टूबर तक स्वच्छता पखवाड़ा के रूप में मनाया जाता है। स्वच्छता पखवाड़ा मनाने का मुख्य उद्देश्य स्वच्छ भारत अभियान में हर उम्र वर्ग और समूह के लोगों को भाग लेने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना है।
स्वच्छता अभियान ब्रांड एंबेसडर: स्वच्छता अभियान के लिए ब्रांड एंबेसडर के तौर पर सचिन तेंदुलकर, सौरव गांगुली, पवन कल्याण, शिव लाल यादव,अमिताभ बच्चन, शिल्पा शेट्टी, और अक्षय कुमार आदि जैसी प्रसिद्ध हस्तियों को अप्वाइंट की गया था।

भारत को स्वच्छ कैसे रखें?

भारत को स्वच्छ रखने के लिए हमें सबसे पहले एक जिम्मेदार नागरिक की तरह सोचने की आवश्यकता है। प्रत्येक नागरिक जिस तरह से अपने घर और आसपास के आवरण को स्वच्छ रखने के लिए प्रयत्न करता है उतना ही प्रयास उन्हें सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर भी साफ-सफाई बनाने के लिए करना चाहिए। हमें जितना हो सके सिंगल उसे प्लास्टिक का उपयोग न करके पूनर्नवीनीकरण बैग का इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए। हमें सड़कों पर यहां वहां कचराना फेंक कर उसे कूड़ेदान में डालना चाहिए इसके साथ ही हमें सड़कों पर थूकना भी नहीं चाहिए। हमें अपने घरों में गीले और सूखे कचरे के लिए अलग-अलग कूड़ेदान बनाने चाहिए एवम सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर भी इसी प्रकार के कूड़ेदानों में अलग अलग कर कचरा डालना चाहिए।

राष्ट्रीय ग्रीन इंडिया मिशन क्या है?

राष्ट्रीय ग्रीन इंडिया मिशन जलवायु परिवर्तन की चुनौती से निपटने के लिए भारत के आठ मिशनों में से एक है। इसे फरवरी 2014 में सुरक्षा के लिए लॉन्च किया गया था; अनुकूलन और शमन उपायों के संयोजन से भारत के कम होते वन आवरण को बहाल करना और जलवायु परिवर्तन के खतरे से निपटने के लिए तैयार करना। इस लेख में हमने राष्ट्रीय ग्रीन इंडिया मिशन के उद्देश्य, लक्ष्य और उसके घटकों पर चर्चा की है जो upsc, ssc, state services, nda, cds और railways जैसी प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी कर रहे छात्रों के लिए बहुत ही उपयोगी है।.

इस मिशन के माध्यम भारत अपने घटते वन क्षेत्र का संरक्षण, पुनर्वनीकरण और वन क्षेत्र में वृद्धि करना चाहता है। साथ ही अनुकूलन एवं शमन उपायों के द्वारा जलवायु परिवर्तन का सामना करने के लिए तैयार होना चाहता है।

राष्ट्रीय ग्रीन इंडिया मिशन के उद्देश्य

1. भारत के घटते वन आवरण की रक्षा, पुनर्स्थापन और संवर्द्धन करना।

2. अनुकूलन के संयोजन के साथ-साथ शमन उपायों के माध्यम से जलवायु परिवर्तन का जवाब देना।

3. वन आधारित आजीविका आय में वृद्धि करना।

4. वर्ष 2020 में वार्षिक कार्बन अनुक्रम में 50 से 60 मिलियन टन की वृद्धि करना।

तटीय क्षेत्र प्रबंधन के उद्देश्य और लक्ष्य क्या हैं?

राष्ट्रीय ग्रीन इंडिया मिशन के लक्ष्य

1. वन तथा वृक्ष क्षेत्र को 5 मिलियन हेक्टेयर तक बढ़ाते हुए इतने ही क्षेत्र के वृक्षों तथा वनों की गुणवत्ता में सुधार लाकर 3 मिलियन परिवारों की वन आधारित आजीविका आय में वृद्धि करना है।

2. सभी प्रकार की भूमि जैसे-ग्राम की जमीन, सामुदायिक भूमि, झूम कृषि क्षेत्र, आर्द्रभूमि और निजी खेती वाली जमीन इसके अंतर्गत वनारोपण हेतु अनुमन्य है।

3. इस मिशन के अंतर्गत विभिन्न पारिस्थितिकी सेवाओं जैसे- जैव विविधिता, जल, बायोमास (जैव ईंधन), मैंग्रोव संरक्षण, आर्द्र,भूमि, संकटग्रस्त प्राकृतिक आवास आदि को प्रमुखता दी जाएगी।

4. यह मिशन विकेंद्रीकृत भागीदारी प्रक्रिया के माध्यम पूरा किया जायेगा जिसमें जमीनी स्तर के संगठनों तथा स्थानीय समुदायों के द्वारा योजना निर्माण, निर्णय प्रक्रिया, कार्यक्रम के क्रियान्वयन तथा इसकी निगरानी का कार्य किया जाएगा।

5. इस मिशन की निगरानी 4 स्तरों पर की जाएगी जिसमें मुख्यतः स्थानीय समुदायों तथा कर्मचारियों द्वारा स्वत: निगरानी, रिमोट (दूरवर्ती) सेंसिंग (समझ) तथा भौगोलिक सूचता तंत्र (जीआईएस) और किसी अन्य तीसरी संस्था से निगरानी करवाना शामिल है।

भारत का राष्ट्रीय सौर ऊर्जा मिशन क्या है?

राष्ट्रीय ग्रीन इंडिया मिशन के घटक

1. " हरियाली" (वृक्षारोपण की तुलना में व्यापक) के लिए समग्र दृष्टिकोण: मिशन की परिकल्पना है कि हरियाली पेड़ों और वृक्षारोपण से परे जाएगी ताकि हरियाली संरक्षण और बहाली दोनों को समाहित कर ले।

2. ' भेद्यता ' और ' संभावित ' हस्तक्षेप के मानदंड: मिशन की परिकल्पना है कि सबसे पहले परियोजना क्षेत्रों / उप परिदृश्यों / उप-जलक्षेत्रों का पता लगाएं ताकि वे क्षेत्र मिशन की सेवाओं द्वारा अपने कार्बन सिंक को बढ़ा सके।

3. कार्यान्वयन के लिए एकीकृत क्रॉस-सेक्टोरल दृष्टिकोण: मिशन एक एकीकृत दृष्टिकोण को बढ़ावा देगा जो जंगलों व गैर-वन सार्वजनिक भूमि के साथ-साथ निजी भूमि के साथ-साथ परियोजना इकाइयों / उप परिदृश्य / उप-जलक्षेत्रों में व्यवहार करता है। आजीविका निर्भरता, उदाहरण के लिए जलाऊ लकड़ी की जरूरत और पशुधन चराई, अंतर-क्षेत्रीय अभिसरण (जैसे, पशुपालन, वन, कृषि, ग्रामीण विकास और ऊर्जा) का उपयोग करके संबोधित किया जा सके।

राष्ट्रीय ग्रीन इंडिया मिशन भारत सरकार की एक अद्भुत पहल है क्योंकि इस मिशन के तहत भारत अपने घटते वन क्षेत्र का संरक्षण, पुनर्वनीकरण और वन क्षेत्र में वृद्धि कर सकेगा जो जलवायु परिवर्तन के वैश्विक खतरे से निपटने में मददगार साबित होगा।

Clean India and Green India are national programmes aimed at improving the country. In 2014, a campaign called "Clean India" was started—Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan or the Clean India Movement were the other names for this campaign. The programme was launched by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi by cleaning the streets. With numerous people taking part, this campaign was the biggest one ever. Garbage poses a serious danger to a country's growth and it is also a major threat to success in the modern economy. Industrialization and commercialization have only served to aggravate this issue. Therefore, as responsible citizens of this country, it is our responsibility and duty to do everything to keep our environment clean and green.

Our carbon footprint has significantly grown since the Industrial Revolution. Greenhouse gases include carbon dioxide and other exhaust gases from cars and factories. Ironically, life depends on the greenhouse effect, which is a natural occurrence. If this phenomena didn't exist, the earth would swiftly lose heat and freeze. However, if substantial amounts of these gases continue to exist, the greenhouse effect will be amplified.

This may lead to an increase in global average temperatures and the melting of the polar ice caps. As a result, both individuals and the ecosystem suffer from this. The ecology may become unbalanced and endangered animals may go extinct. It can also have negative effects on the climate, often leading to loss of life and property destruction.

It is our duty to keep our surroundings clean, especially any public areas like parks, tourist attractions and restrooms. We should refrain from dumping trash everywhere, whether on the ground or in public spaces. Dustbins should be used in their place to maintain such areas clean. The ideal method to develop this habit is to launch a cleaning campaign in our home, kitchen, living space, and community. It is imperative that we preserve the natural splendour and purity of our surroundings before it is too late.

Clean India Green India is a nationwide effort launched by the Indian government. Mahatma Gandhi, father of the nation, also had a vision for a clean India. People are what make up a nation. Therefore, it is essential to alter public perceptions of the fight against sanitation. Change ought to be implemented logically. Budgets and programmes that prioritise Panchayats and rural communities' sanitation needs should be sufficient. Every Indian citizen should have the vision of a Clean India, Green India. The mission is the ideal development movement for India since it promotes sustainable growth in the nation.

Benefits Of Clean India Green India Campaign

We are less prone to get sick if we maintain ourselves and our surroundings clean. The unclean atmosphere around us promotes diseases like malaria, dengue fever, and others. We must maintain a clean, healthy atmosphere if we want to reduce our risks of becoming ill.

Cleanliness is beneficial to the mind—stress and despair are decreased. It keeps us energised and inspired.

The campaign has lessened open defecation by building individual, group, and public restrooms.

There has been a transform from the unsanitary restrooms into flush restrooms.

A promotion of healthy sanitation habits through behavioural changes and connecting people to sanitation and public health programmes has taken place.

People are now utilising solid waste disposal, reuse, and recycling techniques.

So, the following are some methods that we use to go green and go clean—

Plastic is one of the main causes of environmental degradation, so it is crucial that we stop using it and replace it with materials based on wood in our houses. To lessen the impact of plastic on the environment, we must also use jute or paper bags rather than plastic ones.

We can always recycle and reuse objects to cut down on waste and pollution in the environment. For example, worn-out and discarded items can be utilised as décor and other things in homes and workplaces.

We can help save trees by printing on both sides of the page, utilising hand dryers in place of paper towels, and using reusable goods instead of toilet paper and throwaway towels. Additionally, we need to grow trees and other plants around our homes to maximise the amount of greenery there is.

We must utilise dustbins effectively if we are to achieve cleanliness. We should dispose of our trash in dustbins rather than on the roads and streets.

Awareness-raising campaigns must be performed in order to achieve community cleanliness and greenery. We must inform the public of the advantages of cleanliness and nature.

Since the Swachh Bharat Mission was established, many Indians have given cleanliness considerable consideration. People started doing daily cleanups of their surroundings and proper rubbish disposal. Additionally, Green India addresses the issue of climate change. The government wants to minimise greenhouse gases, which are the cause of climate change and global warming, by encouraging the growth of trees. भारत एक कृषि प्रधान देश है यहां पर 80% से ज्यादा की संख्या में लोग गांव में रहते हैं। और कृषि उत्पादक का कार्य करते हैं भारत विश्व में 15 नंबर पर आता है कृषि उत्पादन में, लेकिन आज जो स्थिति भारत की है। उसका कहीं ना कहीं श्रेय भारत में हुई हरित क्रांति पर जाता है,क्योंकि हरित क्रांति के बाद भारत में कृषि उत्पादन में बहुत बड़ा बदलाव आया था। भारत में आज़ादी के बाद अकाल पड़ गया था जिसकी वजह से हरित क्रांति नीति लाने की योजना बनाई गई भारत सरकार द्वारा इस योजना का नाम हरित क्रांति दिया गया ग्रीन रिवॉल्यूशन।

हरित क्रांति क्या है? What is Green Revolution in Hindi

हरित क्रांति से अभिप्राय कृषि उत्पादन में होने वाली उस भारी वृद्धि से हैं, जो कृषि की नई नीति अपनाने के कारण हुई, भारत में हरित क्रांति की शुरुआत 1966 से 1967 के बीच एम •एस •स्वामीनाथन द्वारा की गई । एम •एस स्वामीनाथन पौधों के जेनेटिक वैज्ञानिक थे। हरित क्रांति का सबसे ज्यादा असर गेहूं और चावल की फसलों पर पड़ा हरित क्रांति आने के बाद मोटे अनाज और दलहन उत्पादन कम हो गया था।

भारतीय कृषि मंत्रालय की रिपोर्ट 2009 के अनुसार 1960 -61 से 1990 -91 कुल गेहूं उत्पादन में करीब 5 गुना बढ़ोतरी हुई और चावल में दोगुना ज्यादा बढ़ोतरी हुई हरित क्रांति नीति अपनाने के द्वारा।

हरित क्रांति के घटक?

1. हरित क्रांति में मुख्य रूप से सबसे ज्यादा योगदान अधिक उपज देने वाले बीजों का है। यह बीज बहुत जल्दी ही परिपक्व हो जाते हैं । और इन बीजों का सबसे ज्यादा उपयोग बाजरा, गेहूं ,धान, जैसी फसलों में किया जाता है लेकिन गेहूं इन सब में ऐसी फसल है जिसमें सबसे ज्यादा सफलता प्राप्त हुई और सबसे ज्यादा अनाज पैदा हुआ।

2 . हरित क्रांति में रसायनों का प्रयोग किया जाता है ताकि फसल को खराब होने से बचाया जा सके शुरुआती दौर में रसायनों का प्रयोग प्रति हेक्टेयर 2 किलोग्राम का छिड़काव करके किया जाता था पर अब यह मात्रा बढ़ चुकी है जो कि हानिकारक है परंतु खेती में कोई नुकसान ना हो इसलिए इन रसायनों का छिड़काव किया जाना अनिवार्य हो गया है।

3 . कई फसलों का उत्पादन हरित क्रांति में 1 साल में एक ही खेत में एक से अधिक फसलों का उत्पादन किया जाना संभव हो सका।

4. खेती में मशीनों जैसे ट्रैक्टर, हार्वेस्टर पंप आदि का इस्तेमाल किया जाने लगा।

5. हरित क्रांति आने के बाद बेहतर परिवहन, सिंचाई और भंडारण की सुविधाओं का इस्तेमाल होने लगा। गांवो में बेहतर विद्युत सुविधाएं देने की भी कोशिश की।

6. हरित क्रांति का पूर्ण लाभ हो किसानों को इसलिए विभिन्न प्रकार की कमर्शियल बैंक नेशनल बैंक के माध्यम से किसानों को क्रेडिट की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई गई इसके चलते किसान खेती में बेहतरीन तकनीक का उपयोग कर सके और अच्छे बीजों का प्रयोग कर सकते हैं।

7. किसानों की सारी समस्याओं का हल उनको तुरंत मिले इसलिए कृषि सेवा केंद्र की स्थापना की गई और इनका एक और उद्देश्य था किसान को आगे बढ़ाएं और उनको सारी तकनीकी ज्ञान प्रदान करें और उनकी जरूरत के अनुसार उन को वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जाए।

हरित क्रांति के सकारात्मक परिणाम

1. हरित क्रांति के आने के बाद बहुत ही तेजी से फसलों की पैदावार में वृद्धि हुई और भारत आत्मनिर्भर हुआ। अब भारत को बाहर के देशों से अनाज खरीदने कि कोई भी आवश्यकता नहीं है और भारत में अब पर्याप्त मात्रा में फसलों का उत्पादन हो रहा है।

2. हरित क्रांति अपनाने के कारण किसानों में कृषि के लिए बहुत सारे विकल्प सामने आए और किसानों ने बहुत सारी नई तकनीकी भी अपनाई हैं। जिसकी वजह से भविष्य में कृषि उत्पादन बढ़ाने की संभावनाएं बढ़ गई हैं।

3 . हरित क्रांति का सबसे ज्यादा प्रभाव भारत के इन राज्यों में देखा गया पंजाब ,हरियाणा ,दिल्ली ,पश्चिम बंगाल ,उत्तर प्रदेश, महाराष्ट्र और भी बहुत से अधिक राज्य हैं हरित क्रांति के बाद किसानों के जीवन स्तर में विधि आई और मजदूरों को भी रोजगार के नए अवसर प्राप्त हुए।

4 . कृषि पर आधारित उद्योगों का तेजी से विकास हुआ और साथ ही कृषि मशीनरी उद्योग में भी बढ़ोतरी हुई जैसे की कीटनाशक कृषि यंत्र कीटनाशक बनाने वाले उद्योग देश में स्थापित किए गए और हरित क्रांति का प्रचलन हुआ।

हरित क्रांति ने बहुत ही सकारात्मक प्रभाव दिए हैं हमारे किसानों को और गरीब किसानों को उनकी गरीबी से बाहर निकालने में हरित क्रांति का बहुत ही ज्यादा योगदान है और हरित क्रांति की वजह से हमारे देश में अनाज की बढ़ोतरी हुई कृषि में हरित क्रांति का योगदान इतिहास में सबसे महान रहेगा।

स्वच्छ भारत एक ऐसा अभियान है, जिसके माध्यम से हमारे देश भारत को साफ सुथरा करने और उसे साफ रखने का प्रण लिया गया है। स्वच्छ भारत के जरिये देशवासी किसी भी प्रकार की स्वास्थ सम्बंधित समस्याएं और रोगो से दूर रह सकते हैं और नियमित रूप से सफाई रखने पर शारीरिक और मानसिक विकास भी सही तरीके से कर सकते है। ऐसे में स्वच्छ भारत अभियान को कहीं ना कहीं महत्वपूर्ण कदम माना जा सकता है।

स्वच्छ भारत अभियान की शुरुआत

भारत में सबसे पहले स्वच्छ भारत अभियान की शुरुआत देश के प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी ने 2 अक्टूबर 2014 को की थी। जिसके बाद से ही लोगों में इस दिन से स्वच्छ भारत के लिए जागरूकता पैदा हुई। ऐसे में स्वच्छ भारत की शुरुआत प्रत्येक भारतीय नागरिक के लिए की गई है, ताकि वे भी स्वच्छता के महत्व को समझें और नियमित रूप से भारत को स्वच्छ रखने के लिए अपना योगदान दें।

स्वच्छ भारत का ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों पर विशेष प्रभाव

आज भी ऐसा देखा जाता है कि स्वच्छता के प्रति ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के लोगों में जागरूकता की थोड़ी कमी है। इसका मुख्य कारण उनका अर्धशिक्षित होना भी है। फिर भी काफी हद तक ग्रामीण लोगों में भी अब शिक्षा की भावना आ चुकी है। जिस वजह से उनकी सोचने समझने की शक्ति कहीं ज्यादा विकसित हो चुकी है।

ऐसे में देखा जाता है कि जब स्वच्छ भारत अभियान जैसे किसी योजना का विकास हो रहा हो, तब ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों को भूलना सही नहीं होता। आज के समय ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में भी अधिकारियों द्वारा विशेष रूप से जागरूकता लाने का कार्य किया जा रहा है।

ऐसे में समय समय पर ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के लोगों की समस्या को समझते हुए उसे दूर करने का प्रयास करना जरुरी है। साथ ही उन्हें सफाई के बारे में भी उचित जानकारी देना जरुरी है, ताकि वे भी अपने स्वास्थ्य के प्रति सजग रह सके और अपना महत्वपूर्ण योगदान स्वच्छ भारत के लिए दे सके।

आज भारत के बहुत से ग्रामीण क्षेत्र पहले से ज्यादा विकास कर रहे है। यही नहीं बहुत से ग्रामीण क्षेत्र स्वच्छ भारत के प्रभाव से प्रभावित होकर स्वच्छता की और अग्रसर हो चुके है। यदि ऐसे ही चलते रहा, तो सम्पूर्ण भारत जल्द ही पूर्ण रूप स्वच्छ हो जायेगा।

भारत को स्वच्छ रखने की आवश्यक्ता

पिछले कुछ समय से ऐसा देखा जा रहा है कि लगातार भारत को स्वच्छ रखने की कवायद शुरू हो चुकी है। जिसके मद्देनजर हर भारतीय का यह कर्तव्य बनता है कि वह अपने देश को सुरक्षित और स्वच्छ रखने के लिए पुरजोर कोशिश करें।

निरंतर रूप से देखने को मिल रहा है कि हमारा देश भारत प्रदूषित हो रहा है और जिसकी मुख्य जड़ हम मनुष्य ही हैं। हम सभी ने ही अपनी इस धरती को पूर्ण रूप से प्रदूषित कर दिया है, जिसके लिए हमें भारत को स्वच्छ रखने की आवश्यक्ता है।

स्वच्छता के ना होने की वजह से पशु पक्षियों को भी हानि हो रही है, जो एक बड़ी समस्या है। आपने गौर किया ही होगा कि जगह जगह पर प्लास्टिक के बैग फेंके हुए होते हैं, जो पशु पक्षियों और मनुष्यों के लिए बहुत घातक होते हैं। ऐसे में स्वच्छ भारत की आवश्यक्ता और भी ज्यादा बढ़ जाती है। यदि हम स्वच्छ भारत की कल्पना सही तरीके से करें, तो सभी प्राणियों को सुरक्षित रख सकते है।

स्वच्छ भारत के लिए कुछ उपाय

अगर आप अपने भारत देश को स्वच्छ रखना चाहते हैं, तो इसके लिए कुछ महत्वपूर्ण उपाय किए जा सकते हैं। इसके अंतर्गत सबसे पहले आपको अपने घर और आसपास के जगह को साफ सुथरा बनाना होगा, ताकि किसी भी प्रकार के रोगों से दूर रहा जा सके।

इसके अलावा यह भी देखा जाता है कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में आज भी घरों में शौचालय की उचित व्यवस्था नहीं है। ऐसे में इस अभियान के माध्यम से घर-घर शौचालय का निर्माण किया जाना चाहिए, ताकि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में भी स्वच्छता बनी रहे।

भारत को स्वच्छ बनाने के लिए प्लास्टिक से बनी हुई चीजो का इस्तेमाल कम से कम करना चाहिए, ताकि प्रदुषण कम हो सके और पर्यावरण को भी सुरक्षित रखा जा सके।

इसके अलावा अगर आप भारत को स्वच्छ रखना चाहते हैं, तो वृक्षारोपण करना एक बेहतरीन उपाय हो सकता है। जो कहीं ना कहीं हमारे वातावरण के साथ-साथ हमारे संपूर्ण देश को भी स्वच्छ बनाने में भूमिका रखता है। क्युकी प्रदुषण और स्वच्छता सिर्फ गन्दगी और कचरे से ही जुडी नहीं होती, बल्कि इसमें वातावरण में फैले प्रदुषण का भी समावेश है।

स्वच्छ भारत के लिए किया जाएगा छात्रों को जागरूक

छात्र हमारे देश का भविष्य है। ऐसे में अगर नियमित रूप से उन्हें स्वच्छता के प्रति जागरूक किया जाए, तो निश्चित रूप से ही हमे सफलता प्राप्त होगी। आने वाले समय में युवा वर्ग के लिए विशेष बातों का ध्यान रखना आवश्यक है, ताकि स्वच्छ भारत अभियान को ध्यान में रखते हुए दिशा निर्देशो को बनाया जा सके।

कई बार तो ऐसा भी होता है कि युवाओं के मन में देश के प्रति किसी भी प्रकार की भावना नहीं होती है, ऐसे में वे निश्चित रूप से ही स्वच्छ भारत अभियान को समझ नहीं पाते है। अगर आप भारत में रहने वाले नागरिक हैं, तो आपकी जिम्मेदारी बनती है कि आप भारत को स्वच्छ रखने की जिम्मेदारी लेकर आगे बढ़े।

इस प्रकार से आज हमने जाना कि भारत को स्वच्छ बनाने के लिए हम सभी को पहल करनी होगी। ताकि भारत को भी अन्य देशो की तरह साफ स्वच्छ, सुन्दर और सुरक्षित बनाया जा सके। सामान्य रूप से देखा जाता है कि स्वच्छता के प्रति आज प्रत्येक भारतीय इतना जागरुक नहीं है।

लेकिन फिर भी अगर नियमित रूप से स्वच्छ भारत बनाने के इस कार्य को किया जाए, तो भविष्य को सुरक्षित रखते हुए आगे बढ़ा जा सकता है और आने वाले पीढ़ी को भी उचित ज्ञान देते हुए स्वच्छता के महत्व को समझाया जा सकता है।

ऊर्जा के इन पारंपरिक स्रोतों से बिजली उत्पन्न करने से हमारे पर्यावरण , जैव विविधता व जलवायु परिवर्तन पर सीधा-सीधा नकारात्मक प्रभाव पड़ रहा हैं। इसके साथ ही इससे हानिकारक ग्रीनहाउस गैसों का भी उत्सर्जन अत्यधिक मात्रा में होता है । इसीलिए पारंपरिक ऊर्जा स्रोतों को “अस्वच्छ ऊर्जा स्रोतों” की श्रेणी में रखा गया है। धरती , इन्सान व जलवायु पर इसके नकारात्मक प्रभावों को देखते हुए दुनिया के अधिकतर देशों ने “स्वच्छ ऊर्जा यानि हरित ऊर्जा” को अपनाना शुरू कर दिया हैं।

हरित ऊर्जा क्या है ?

हरित ऊर्जा , ऐसी ऊर्जा जो प्राकृतिक अक्षय ऊर्जा स्रोतों जैसे सूर्य , हवा , जल , भूगर्भ से प्राप्त की जाती है। हरित ऊर्जा के सभी स्रोत प्राकृतिक , स्थायी व अक्षय होते है। और ये पर्यावरण , इंसान व अन्य जीवजंतुओं के लिये बहुत अधिक हानिकारक नहीं होते है। हरित ऊर्जा के मुख्य स्रोतों में सौर ऊर्जा , पवन ऊर्जा , जल ऊर्जा , भू-तापीय ऊर्जा आदि हैं।

सौर ऊर्जा – एक ऐसी ऊर्जा जिसे सीधे सूर्य की किरणों से प्राप्त किया जा सकता हैं। सौर ऊर्जा कहलाती हैं। वर्तमान में सौर ऊर्जा ही हरित ऊर्जा बनाने में सबसे अधिक प्रयोग की जा रही है। सौर ऊर्जा से बिजली बनाने के साथ-साथ आजकल इसका उपयोग घरों में सोलर लाइट , सोलरगीजर और सोलर कुकर में भी किया जा रहा है।

जल ऊर्जा- जल सर्वाधिक महत्त्वपूर्ण प्राकृतिक संसाधन है और जल ऊर्जा बहती नदियों , ज्वार-भाटा , तरंगों , जलताप से उत्पन्न की जाती हैं।

पवन ऊर्जा – खुले व खाली हवादार स्थानों पर पवन चक्कियों द्वारा हवा के माध्यम से उत्पन्न की जाने वाली उर्जा को पवन उर्जा कहते हैं। यह हरित ऊर्जा का दूसरा सबसे अच्छा विकल्प है। चीन, अमेरिका और जर्मनी के बाद भारत दुनिया का ऐसा चौथा देश हैं जहाँ पवन ऊर्जा का सबसे ज्यादा उपयोग होता है। पवन ऊर्जा के उत्पादन में भारत की कुल वैश्विक भागीदारी 5.8 प्रतिशत है।

भू-तापीय ऊर्जा – भूतापीय ऊर्जा पृथ्वी से गर्भ से उत्पन्न ऊर्जा है। यानि ऐसी ऊर्जा जो पृथ्वी के गर्भ में उपस्थित खनिजों के रेडियोधर्मी क्षय और भूसतह द्वारा अवशोषित सौर ऊर्जा से बनती है। भू-तापीय ऊर्जा कहलाती हैं।लेकिन इस ऊर्जा का दोहन करना , अन्य हरित ऊर्जा के स्रोतों से ज्यादा महँगा हैं।

जलवायु परिवर्तन क्या है ?

धरती के एक निश्चित भाग में लम्बे समय तक औसत मौसम व ऋतु चक्र लगभग एक समान रहते है।लेकिन किन्हीं कारणों से जब उस क्षेत्र विशेष के औसत मौसम व ऋतु चक्रों में परिवर्तन आता है तो उसे जलवायु परिवर्तन (Climate Change) कहते हैं। जलवायु परिवर्तन धरती के किसी एक क्षेत्र में भी हो सकता है और पूरे विश्व में भी हो सकता है। लेकिन इस वक्त लगभग पूरी दुनिया में ही जलवायु परिवर्तन देखने को मिल रहा हैं।

जलवायु परिवर्तन के लिए प्राकृतिक व मानवीय गतिविधियाँ , दोनों ही जिम्मेदार हैं ।समय समय पर होने वाले ज्वालामुखी विस्फोट के अलावा पृथ्वी का झुकाव व समुद्री धाराएँ आदि जलवायु परिवर्तन का कारण बनती हैं। जबकि हर रोज होते शहरीकरण , बढ़ती जनसंख्या , औद्योगिकीकरण , वनोन्मूलन और खेतों में अत्यधिक रासायनिक कीटनाशकों एवं उर्वरकों का प्रयोग आदि भी बहुत हद तक इसके लिए जिम्मेदार हैं। इसके आलावा पारंपरिक ऊर्जा स्रोतों से बिजली उत्पन्न करना भी जलवायु परिवर्तन का बहुत बड़ा कारण हैं

जलवायु परिवर्तन के कारण पृथ्वी का तापमान लगातार बढ़ता जा रहा है। पिछले 100 वर्षों में पृथ्वी का तापमान लगभग 1 डिग्री फारेनहाइट तक बढ़ गया है। जिसका दुष्परिणाम उच्च हिमालयी क्षेत्रों के मौसम में बदलाव , ग्लेशयरों के पिघलने से महासागरों के बढ़ते जल स्तर के रूप में सामने आ रहा हैं । जो भविष्य में कुछ देशों व द्वीपों के डूबने का कारण बन सकता हैं।
समुद्र का जल स्तर बढ़ने से मीठे पानी के स्रोत भी दूषित होंगे जिसके कारण भविष्य में पीने के पानी की समस्या होगी।
जलवायु परिवर्तन का प्रभाव वर्षा व ऋतु चक्र पर भी पड़ा हैं। जिसके कारण दुनिया के कुछ क्षेत्रों में बहुत अधिक वर्षा होती हैं तो कुछ क्षेत्रों में सूखे के जैसे हालत हो रहे हैं। जिससे कृषि पैदावार पर भी असर पड़ रहा हैं ।
इसका असर जैव विविधता पर भी पड़ा हैं जिससे पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र में असंतुलन पैदा हो गया हैं । जलवायु परिवर्तन के कारण दुनिया भर के लोग असाध्य रोग की चपेट में आ रहे हैं।
ऐसा माना जा रहा हैं कि जलवायु परिवर्तन का असर वर्ष 2100 तक भारत समेत अमेरिका , कनाडा , जापान , न्यूजीलैंड , रूस और ब्रिटेन जैसे सभी देशों की अर्थव्यवस्थाओं पर साफ साफ़ दिखने लगेगा और साथ ही साथ मानव के अस्तित्व पर भी खतरा मंडराने लगेगा।

जलवायु परिवर्तन के लिए कुछ प्रकृति तो कुछ इंसान जिम्मेदार हैं । प्राकृतिक धटनाओं पर तो हमारा बस नहीं हैं मगर कुछ ऐसी मानवीय गतिबिधियों जो जलवायु परिवर्तन के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं। इनको अवश्य कम किया जा सकता हैं। जैसे प्राकृतिक स्रोतों का उपयोग कर हरित ऊर्जा का प्रचुर मात्रा में उत्पादन कर , जलवायु परिवर्तन के प्रभावों को थोड़ा कम अवश्य किया जा सकता हैं।

जीवाश्म ईंधन की तुलना में हरित ऊर्जा के स्रोतों से बिजली बनाने में पर्यावरण को बहुत कम नुकसान पहुंचता है क्योंकि इनसे ग्रीन हाउस गैसें नहीं निकलती हैं। जैसे कार्बन डाई आक्साइड , नाइट्रस आक्साइड , मीथेन , क्लोरो-फ्लोरो कार्बन आदि। ग्रीन हाउस गैसें जलवायु परिवर्तन में मुख्य भूमिका निभाती हैं। वैज्ञानिकों का मानना है कि इन ग्रीनहाउस गैसों के कारण ही हर साल धरती का तापमान बढ़ रहा है।

हरित ऊर्जा के सभी विकल्प हमें प्रकृति से प्रचुरता मात्रा में आसानी से उपलब्ध हो जाते हैं।वह भी बिना किसी अतरिक्त मेहनत व कीमत चुकाए। हरित ऊर्जा के स्रोतों से हरित ऊर्जा को बार बार (recycling) बनाया जा सकता हैं। क्योंकि इनमें पुन:निर्माण की क्षमता होती हैं जैसी सूर्य की किरणें , वायु , पानी आदि। इनसे वायु प्रदूषण होने का खतरा भी नहीं रहता हैं।

जीवाश्म ईंधन को प्राप्त करने के लिये खनन या ड्रिलिंग करने की आवश्यकता होती है जो हमारे पारिस्थितिक तंत्र को प्रत्यक्ष और अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से प्रभावित करता हैं। और वायु प्रदूषण में भी वृद्धि करता हैं । इसका असर जलवायु परिवर्तन में भी साफ-साफ देखा जा सकता हैं। घरों में सामान्य बल्ब की जगह सीएफएल या एलईडी बल्ब , खाना पकाने के लिये सोलर कुकर , सोलर हीटर , सोलर लाइट और अच्छी गुणवत्ता वाले बिजली के उपकरणों का उपयोग कर हम ऊर्जा की बचत कर जलवायु परिवर्तन होने से रोकने में अपना छोटा सा योगदान दे सकते हैं।

खेतों में रासायनिक कीटनाशकों एवं उर्वरकों का प्रयोग करने के बजाय अगर हम हरित खेती (जैविक खेती ) को बढ़ावा दें तो , यह हमारे पर्यावरण को तो लाभ पहुँचायेगी। साथ में हरित ऊर्जा के स्रोतों को भी तैयार करेगी । वातावरण भी दूषित होने से बचेगा।जो जलवायु परिवर्तन होने से रोकने में छोटी मगर महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगा। लोगों के अच्छे स्वास्थ्य , संतुलित पर्यावरण , धरती के बढ़ते तापमान व पारम्परिक ईंधनों के बढ़ते खर्च को कम करने , विश्वव्यापी ऊष्णता व अम्लीय वर्षा और कार्बन – डाइऑक्साइड के उत्सर्जन को कम कर , अपने भविष्य को सुरक्षित रखने का एक मात्र विकल्प अब हरित ऊर्जा ही रह गया हैं। और भारत की भौगोलिक स्थिति , हर रोज बढ़ती जनसंख्या के लिए तो हरित ऊर्जा ही सबसे बेहतर विकल्प हैं।

जलवायु परिवर्तन को रोकने के लिए प्राकृतिक संतुलन , पारस्थितिकी संतुलन , स्वच्छ हवा , पानी , पेड़पौधों का रोपण , समृद्ध वन एवं जैव विविधता यानि सभी चीजों का प्राकृतिक रूप से संतुलित होना जरूरी हैं।

हर रोज पूरे विश्व की बढ़ती जनसंख्या , हर क्षेत्र में आधुनिक तकनीक व ऊर्जा से चलने वाले उपकरणों के अत्यधिक उपयोग के कारण बढ़ती ऊर्जा की मांग से ऊर्जा की कीमतों में तेज़ी देखी जा रही हैं।ऊर्जा के पारम्परिक स्रोतों से अत्यधिक ऊर्जा दोहन का नतीजा बढ़ता वायु प्रदूषण व हानिकारक ग्रीन हाउस गैसों में बढ़ोत्तरी के रुप में सामने आ रहा हैं।जो सीधे-सीधे जलवायु परिवर्तन पर असर डालता हैं।

इसीलिए अब समय आ गया हैं जब हमें जलवायु परिवर्तन को रोकने के लिए आवश्यक कदम उठाने होंगे।अपनी जीवन शैली में बदलाव के साथ लोगों में हरित ऊर्जा के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ानी होगी। कोयले , डीज़ल , पेट्रोल आदि जैसे पारंपरिक ऊर्जा स्रोतों के इस्तेमाल की जगह हरित ऊर्जा स्रोतों का इस्तेमाल कर “स्वच्छ ऊर्जा” का प्रयोग करना होगा। क्योंकि स्वच्छ ऊर्जा ही अब हमारे उज्जवल व सुरक्षित भविष्य का एकमात्र विकल्प रह गया है।

दोस्तों आज हम आपको ग्रीन एनर्जी के बारे में बताने जा रहे हैं कि हमारे जीवन और हमारे शरीर को स्वस्थ रखने के लिए एवं पर्यावरण को स्वच्छ रखने के लिए ग्रीन एनर्जी की कितनी आवश्यकता है ।

आज हम कुछ ऐसे संसाधनों का उपयोग कर रहे हैं जिससे पर्यावरण प्रदूषित हो रहा है आज पूरे विश्व में भूमंडलीय ताप और जलवायु परिवर्तन के कारण पूरे विश्व में पर्यावरण प्रदूषण की समस्या बढ़ी हुई है और हमारे देश के वैज्ञानिकों का कहना है कि अगर प्रदूषण इसी तरह से बढ़ता रहा तो ग्रीन हाउस गैसों का प्रसार ज्यादा हो जाएगा

वास्तव में ग्रीन हाउस गैसें इतनी खतरनाक होती है कि हमारा जीवन भी नष्ट कर सकती हैं । आज पूरा विश्व इसकी चिंता में लगा हुआ है कि हम जिन संसाधनों का उपयोग कर रहे हैं उनसे हमारे भूमंडलीय ताप बढ़ रहा है और जलवायु परिवर्तन हो रहा है आज पूरे विश्व को इन संसाधनों को कम करने की आवश्यकता है ।

हम सभी को ग्रीन ऊर्जा का ज्यादा से ज्यादा उपयोग करना चाहिए यह ग्रीन ऊर्जा होती क्या है यह हम जानेंगे और हम ग्रीन ऊर्जा का उपयोग कैसे कर सकते हैं यह भी हम जानेंगे ।

ग्रीन ऊर्जा वह ऊर्जा है जिससे प्रदूषण को रोका जाता है अक्षय ऊर्जा स्त्रोतों के माध्यम से हम प्रदूषण को कम कर सकते हैं और ऊर्जा को बढ़ा सकते हैं जैसे सूर्य, पवन ,जल ,भूगर्भ पादपों से उत्पन्न की गई ऊर्जा को ग्रीन ऊर्जा कहा जाता है इन ऊर्जा से हम प्रदूषण कम कर सकते हैं।

आज हमारे देश में बढ़ती हुई जनसंख्या और पूरे विश्व की बढ़ी हुई जनसंख्या के कारण संसाधनों की कमी होती जा रही है और हम ऐसे संसाधनों का उपयोग कर रहे हैं जिसके कारण प्रदूषण फेल रहा है । कोयला, डीजल ,पेट्रोल ऐसे संसाधन है जिनका उपयोग करने से प्रदूषण फैलता है इन संसाधनों को हमें कम उपयोग में लाना चाहिए जिससे कि प्रदूषण ना फेले ।

आज हमें अपने चारों तरफ प्रदूषण ही प्रदूषण दिखाई देने लगा है इस प्रदूषण को रोकने के लिए हमें पारंपरिक ऊर्जा का उपयोग करना चाहिए और इस प्रदूषण को फैलने से रोकना चाहिए । आज पूरे देश में अक्षय ऊर्जा स्त्रोतों को बढ़ावा दिया जाने लगा है और सरकार भी ऊर्जा स्रोतों का उपयोग करने के लिए आमंत्रित कर रही है एवं जो व्यक्ति अक्षय ऊर्जा स्त्रोत का उपयोग करता है उसको विशेष छूट दी जाती है ।

आज भारत के कई राज्यों में अक्षय ऊर्जा को बढ़ावा दिया जाने लगा है और सौर ऊर्जा , पवन चक्की का उपयोग किया जाने लगा है । पवन ऊर्जा एवं सूर्य की किरणों के द्वारा ऊर्जा को एकत्रित किया जाता है और इस ऊर्जा का उपयोग हम सभी करते हैं इस ऊर्जा का उपयोग करने पर किसी प्रकार का प्रदूषण उत्पन्न नहीं होता है।

आज हम सभी लोग खाना बनाने के लिए एलपीजी गैस का उपयोग करते हैं । बढ़ती हुई जनसंख्या के कारण एलपीजी गैस का आगे आने वाले समय में खत्म होने का खतरा है । आज हम सभी को कोशिश करना चाहिए कि एलपीजी का इस्तेमाल कम करके बायोगैस को उपयोग में लाकर हम बायो ऊर्जा को बढ़ावा दे सकते हैं जिससे कि भविष्य में भी हमें ऊर्जा मिल सके । बायोगैस बनाने के लिए कम खर्चा आता है और बायो गैस के माध्यम से हम प्रदूषण को कम भी कर सकते हैं ।
