निबंध शब्द दो शब्दों के मेल नि+बंध से बना हुआ एक शब्द है, जिसका सीधा सा अर्थ है अच्छी तरह से बँधा हुआ या जुड़ा हुआ। निबंध को अंग्रेजी में एस्से (Essay) कहा जाता है। अगर हम देखें तो हमारे सामने निबंध के कई अर्थ निकल कर आते हैं, जैसे निबंध का संबंध लेख, अभिलेख, रचना आदि सभी से है, जिसमें अपने विचारों को सरल और रोचक भाषा में एक साथ पिरौकर पाठक के समकक्ष रखा जाता है।

बाबू गुलाबराय के अनुसार- ‘‘निबंध उस गद्य-रचना को कहते हैं, जिसमें एक सीमित आकार के भीतर किसी विषय का वर्णन या प्रतिपादन एक विशेष निजीपन, स्वच्छंदता, सौष्ठव और सजीवता तथा आवश्यक संगति और सम्बद्धता के साथ किया गया हो।’’

आचार्य शुक्ल लिखते हैं- ’’यदि गद्य कवियों को कसौटी है, तो निबंध गद्य की।’’

पंडित श्यामसुंदर दास कहते हैं- ’’निबंध वह लेख है जिसमें किसी गहन विषय पर विस्तारपूर्वक और पाण्डित्यपूर्व ढंग से विचार किया गया हो।’

डाॅ. भगीरथ मिश्र ने लिखा है- ’’निबंध वह गद्य रचना है, जिसमें लेखक किसी भी विषय पर स्वच्छन्दतापूर्वक परन्तु एक विशेष सौष्ठव, संहिति, सजीवता और वैयक्तिकता के साथ अपने भावों, विचारों और अनुभवों को व्यक्त करता है।’’

निबंध के प्रकार

निबंध के मुख्य रूप से चार प्रकार होते हैं- 1. वर्णनात्मक निबंध, 2. विचारात्मक निबंध, 3. भावात्मक निबंध, 4. साहित्यिक या आलोचनात्मक निबंध।

• वर्णनात्मक निबंध- वर्णनात्मक निबंध में किसी घटना, वस्तु या स्थान का वर्णन होता है जैसे- होली, दीपावली, ताजमहल, यात्रा, खेल आदि।
• विचारात्मक निबंध- विचारात्मक निबंध में अपने विचारों के माध्यम से किसी विचारात्मक विषय जैसे- अहिंसा, बाल मजदूरी, विधवा-विवाह आदि पर निबंध लिखना होता है, जो काफी कठिन होता है।
• भावात्मक निबंध- भावनात्मक निबंध का संबंध हमारे मन के भावों से जुड़ा हुआ होता है। भावनात्मक निबंध में वास्तविक और कल्पनात्मक दोनों विषय आते हैं, जैसे- बरसात का पहला दिन वास्तविक विषय है जबकि यदि मैं भारत का प्रधानमंत्री होता एक काल्पनिक विषय है।
• साहित्यिक या आलोचनात्मक निबंध- साहित्यिक या आलोचनात्मक निबंध किसी मशहूर साहित्यकार, साहित्यिक विधा या साहित्यिक कृति पर लिखा जाता है, जैसे- मुंशी प्रेमचंद, आधुनिक हिन्दी कविता आदि।

निबंध के मुख्य अंग

निबंध के मुख्य रूप से चार अंग निर्धारित हैं, जो किसी भी निबंध के लिए काफी महत्त्वपूर्ण होते हैं। निबंध के मुख्य चार अंगों के नाम इस प्रकार हैं-

• शीर्षक- निबंध का सबसे पहला अंग होता है शीर्षक यानी कि जिस विषय पर आप निबंध लिख रहे हैं उसका नाम। आपका शीर्षक जितना आकर्षक होगा उतना ही लोगों में आपके निबंध को पढ़ने की उत्सुकता बढ़ेगी।
• प्रस्तावना या भूमिका- प्रस्तावना या भूमिका निबंध का दूसरा अंग होती है, जिसे निबंध की नींव भी कहा जाता है। प्रस्तावना से पता चलता है कि आपके निबंध की भाषा शैली कैसी है। प्रस्तावना हमेशा रोचक, आकर्षक और छोटी होनी चाहिए ताकि जो भी आपके निबंध को पढ़ रहा है उसे पूरा पढ़ने का मन करे। प्रस्तावना इस प्रकार की हो जो यह स्पष्ट कर सके कि आपके निबंध की विषयवस्तु क्या है।
• विस्तार- विस्तार निबंध का तीसरा व सबसे प्रमुख अंग होता है। विस्तार में लेखक निबंध के विषय के बारे में विस्तारपूर्वक लिखता। वह निबंध के विषय से संबंधित जानकारी को इकट्ठा करके अपनी भाषा व अपने शब्दों में लिखता है। इसके अलावा वह विस्तार में अपने विचारों को भी रखता है और निबंध को संतुलित बनाने का प्रयास करता है। विस्तार में ही निबंधकार के दृष्टिकोण का पता चलता है।

इसी तरह भगवान कृष्ण पर आधारित कहानी होली का पर्व किस खुशी में मनाया जाता है, इसके विषय में अनेक कथाएँ प्रचलित हैं। एक कथा के अनुसार भगवान कृष्ण ने दुष्टों का वध कर गोप व गोपियों के साथ रास रचाई तब से होली का प्रचलन हुआ। वृंदावन में श्री कृष्ण ने राधा और गोप गोपियों के साथ रंगभरी होली खेली थी इसी कारण वृंदावन की होली सबसे अच्छी और विश्व की सबसे प्रसिद्ध होली मानी जाती है। इस मान्यता के अनुसार जब श्री कृष्ण दुष्टों का संहार करके वृंदावन लौटे थे तब से होली का प्रचलन हुआ और तब से हर्षोल्लास के साथ होली मनाई जाती है।

होली पर निबंध (Essay on Holi in Hindi):  होली भारतीय संस्कृति का एक प्रमुख धार्मिक पर्व है। यह पर्व फागुन मास के शुक्ल पक्ष में मनाया जाता है और भारत वर्ष में खुशी, आनंद, प्रेम और एकता का प्रतीक है। होली एक सांस्कृतिक महोत्सव है जिसमें लोग अपनी पूर्वाग्रहों और विभिन्न सामाजिक प्रतिष्ठानों को छोड़कर आपसी भाईचारा और प्रेम का आनंद लेते हैं। यह पर्व विभिन्न आदतों, परंपराओं और धार्मिक आराधनाओं के साथ मनाया जाता है और भारतीय समाज के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण और आनंदमय अवसर है।

होली का त्यौहार कैसे मनाया जाता है?

विश्व के अलग-अलग कोने में अलग-अलग तरह से होली खेली जाती है कहीं फूल भरी होली खेली जाती है तो कहीं लठमार होली तो कहीं होली का नाम ही अलग होता है। होली खेलने का तरीका भले ही सबका अलग अलग हो लेकिन होली हर जगह रंगों के साथ ज़रूर खेली जाती है। होलिका दहन के लिए बड़कुल्ले बनाना, होली की पूजा करना, पकवान बनाना, होलिका का दहन करना इत्यादि किया जाता है।

पकवान बनाने के बाद घर के सभी लोग उसे एक थाली में सजाकर होलिका दहन वाली जगह जाते हैं। इसके अलावा वे अपने साथ बड़कुल्ले और पूजा का अन्य सामान भी लेकर जाते हैं जिसमें कच्चा कुकड़ा (सूती धागा), लौटे में जल, चंदन इत्यादि सम्मिलित हैं। फिर उस जगह पहुंचकर होली की पूजा की जाती हैं, पकवान का भोग लगाया जाता हैं और बड़कुल्लों को उस ढेर में रख दिया जाता हैं। उसके बाद सभी लोग कच्चे कुकड़े को उस गोल घेरे के चारों और बांधते हैं और भगवान से प्रह्लाद की रक्षा की प्रार्थना करते हैं। पूजा करने के पश्चात सभी अपने घर आ जाते हैं। 

रात में सूर्यास्त होने के बाद पंडित जी वहां की पूजा करते हैं। सभी लोग उस स्थल पर एकत्रित हो जाते हैं। उसके बाद उन लकड़ियों में अग्नि लगा दी जाती हैं। अग्नि लगाते ही, उस ढेर के बीच में रखे मोटे बांस (प्रह्लाद) को बाहर निकाल लिया जाता हैं। होलिका दहन को देखने के लिए लोग अपने घर से पानी का लौटा, कच्चा कुकड़ा, हल्दी की गांठ व कनक के बाल लेकर जाते हैं। पानी से होली को अर्घ्य दिया जाता है। दूर से उस अग्नि को कच्चा कुकड़ा, हल्दी की गांठ और कनक के बाल दिखाए जाते हैं। कुछ लोग होलिका दहन के पश्चात उसकी राख को घर पर ले जाते हैं।

इन सब के बाद शुरू होता हैं असली रंगों का त्यौहार। सभी लोग अपने मित्रों, रिश्तेदारों, जान-पहचान वालों के साथ होली का त्यौहार खेलते हैं। पहले के समय में केवल प्राकृतिक रंगों से ही होली खेलने का विधान था लेकिन आजकल कई प्रकार के रंगों से होली खेली जाती हैं।

इसी के साथ लोग फूलों, पानी, गुब्बारों से भी होली खेलते हैं। कई जगह लट्ठमार होली खेली जाती हैं तो कहीं पुष्प वर्षा की जाती हैं। कई जगह कपड़ा-फाड़ होली खेलते हैं तो कई लड्डुओं की होली भी खेलते है। यह राज्य व लोगों के अनुसार भिन्न-भिन्न प्रकार की होती हैं। बस रंग हर जगह उड़ाए जाते हैं।

होली का त्योहार (Holi Festival) ऐसा त्योहार है, जिसमें सभी लोग इसके रंग में डूबे नजर आते हैं, लेकिन इसकी मौज-मस्ती आपको इन बातों का भी विशेष ख्याल रखना चाहिए ताकि इस प्यार भरे उत्सव का मजा किरकिरा न हो।

• होली खेलने से पहले अपने पूरे शरीर और बालों पर अच्छी तरह तेल और मॉइश्चराइजर लगा लें। ताकि रंग आसानी से छूट जाएं।
• होली खेलने के लिए नैचुरल और ऑर्गेनिक रंगों का इस्तेमाल करें, कैमिकल भरे रंगों के इस्तेमाल से बचें। क्योंकि कैमिकल वाले रंगों की वजह से कई बार स्किन एलर्जी तक हो जाती है।
• होली में ज्यादा पानी को बर्बाद न करें।
• होली पर फुल कपड़े पहनने की कोशिश करें, ताकि कलर ज्यादा स्किन पर न आए।
• होली में किसी पर जबरदस्ती कलर नहीं डालें और ध्यान रखें कि मौज-मस्ती में किसी को चोट न आए।
• होली की मौज-मस्ती में बच्चों का विशेष ख्याल रखें, कई बार ज्यादा समय तक पानी में गीले रहने से बच्चे बीमार भी पड़ जाते हैं

‘पहला सुख नीरोगी काया’ इस उक्ति के अनुसार शरीर का नीरोग या स्वस्थ रहना ही सब से बड़ा सुख है। कारण, अस्वस्थ व्यक्ति न कोई काम कर सकता हैं और न सांसारिक सुखों को भोग सकता है।

व्यायाम का अर्थ है ( Meaning of Exercise in Hindi )

शरीर के अंगों का विकास। व्यायाम करने से शरीर के अंगों का ठीक प्रकार से विकास हो जाता है। व्यायाम से हाथ, पैर और शरीर के पुढे बलिष्ठ हो जाते हैं; शरीर स्फूर्ति-सम्पन्न तथा कर्मण बनता है। इससे पाचन क्रिया भी ठीक रहती है, भूख समय पर लगती है; शरीर में रक्त का निर्माण और रक्त-संचार ठीक प्रकार से होता है और काया पुष्ट होती है तथा मन भी प्रसन्न रहता है। नियमपूर्वक व्यायाम करने वाला कभी अस्वस्थ नहीं होता। व्यायाम के कई प्रकार हैं। जैसे- दण्ड-बैठक लगाना, मुग्दर चलाना, कुश्ती करना, जिमनास्टिक करना, दौड़ लगाना, घुड़ सवारी करना, गदका चलाना आदि। इसी प्रकार विभिन्न प्रकार के आसन और प्राणायाम करना भी श्रेष्ठ व्यायाम हैं। खेलों से भी शरीर का व्यायाम हो जाता है। मस्तिष्क से काम करने वाले व्यक्तियों के लिए घूमना, सूर्य नमस्कार आदि भी हल्के और उपयोगी व्यायाम हैं।

शरीर का प्रभाव मन पर भी पड़ता है। स्वस्थ शरीर में ही स्वस्थ मन निवास करता है। अतः समय निकाल कर सबको व्यायाम अवश्य करना चाहिए।

हमारे गुरुजन बताते हैं कि जिस प्रकार शरीर के लि भोजन व पानी आवश्यक है उसी प्रकार शरीर को स्वस्थ रखने क लिए व्यायाम भी जरूरी है। व्यायाम के बिना मनुष्य का शरीर रोगी हो जाता है। इसलिए वह मन लगाकर कोई भी कार्य नहीं क सकता है।

आसनों का अभ्यास करना सबसे उत्तम व्यायाम बताया गया है बचपन में बालक हर प्रकार के आसन सरलता से कर लेता हैं। बड़े होने पर कई आसन हो ही नहीं सकते हैं। इसलिए अच्छे जानका व्यक्ति की देख-रेख में आसन बचपन से ही करने चाहिए।

खेल भी एक प्रकार का व्यायाम है। खेलों में उछल-कूद स् सभी अंग संचालित होते हैं। प्रायः बच्चों को खेल करने से व्यायाम के सारे लाभ मिल जाते हैं। इससे एक ओर शरीर में फुर्ती आती है तो दूसरी तरफ हार जीत के कारण मन में उत्सुकता बनी रहती है। खेल बच्चों के लिए सर्वोत्तम व्यायाम है।

व्यायाम करने से शरीर में स्फुर्ति व ताजगी बनी रहती है। जिस लड़के का शरीर स्वस्थ रहता है, उसका दिमाग भी स्वस्थ रहता है। बीमार व रोगी शरीर में रोगी दिमाग ही निवास करता है। व व्यायाम करने वाले लड़के का शरीर ही स्वस्थ नहीं बल्कि वह पढ़ा में भी निपुण होता है। इसलिए दिमाग व शरीर दोनों को स्वस्थ रखने के लिए हमें व्यायाम जरूर करना चाहिए।

कहा जाता है कि स्वस्थ शरीर में स्वस्थ मन रहता है। जिस व्यक्ति का शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य अच्छा होता है, उसका मानसिक स्वास्थ्य भी, अच्छा होता है। शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य केलिए व्यायाम जरूरी है। यह सब व्यक्तियों के लिए उपयोगी है। कुछ लोग व्यायाम को व्यर्थ समझते हैं। यह गलत विचार है।

व्यायाम के कई प्रकार हैं। हमारे ऋषि लोग प्राणायाम करते थे। प्राणायाम से अच्छा व्यायाम होता है। परन्तु साधारण लोग इसे मुश्किल मानते हैं। प्राणायाम के भी हजारों प्रकार हैं। आजकल शिक्षित लोग प्राणायाम की ओर आकृष्ट हो रहे हैं।

आसन डालना भी व्यायाम का एक विधान है। इसकी अनेक किस्में हैं । घर में ही लोग आसन डाल सकते हैं। प्राणायाम और आसनों में बहुत खर्च नहीं करना पड़ता।

व्यायाम समय पर और नियमानुसार करना चाहिए। ऐसा न करने से लाभ की अपेक्षा हानि होने की सम्भावना होती है। देशी व्यायाम के लिए प्रात:काल सर्वोत्तम समय होता है। व्यायाम खुले स्थान और सुन्दर वातावरण में करना । चाहिए, जहाँ हवा–प्रकाश की अच्छी व्यवस्था हो ऐसे स्थान पर व्यायाम करने से अधिक लाभ होता है। विदेशी व्यायाम अधिकतर शाम को आयोजित होते हैं। व्यायाम शारीरिक क्षमता के अनुकूल होना चाहिए। अधिक व्यायाम हानिप्रद होता है। व्यायाम के बाद हल्का जलपान लेना चाहिए। बूढ़े लोगों के लिए टहलना ही व्यायाम है। शारीरिक क्षमता के अनुकूल ही व्यायाम करना लाभदायक है।

These essays were marked by examiners and the undergraduates were then interviewed and their essays were analysed.

The study found essays written with the help of ChatGPT performed poorly on analysis and comparison skills compared to non-ChatGPT-assisted essays.

But ChatGPT-assisted essays performed strongly on information and reflection skills.

Researchers identified a number of key features of the ChatGPT writing style, which included the use of Latinate vocabulary, repetition of words or phrases and ideas, and pleonasms.

Essays written with the help of ChatGPT were also more likely to use paragraphs starting with discourse markers like “however”, “moreover”, and “overall”, and numbered lists with items.

The researchers said ChatGPT’s default writing style “echoes the bland, clipped, and objective style that characterises much generic journalistic writing found on the internet”.

The report said: “The students found ChatGPT useful for gathering information quickly.

“However, they considered that complete reliance on this technology would produce essays of a low academic standard.”
