I have had a reply off love holidays. It wasn't on the 30th when I originally ally tried to book the holiday but on the 29th. The 29th wasn't recognised so I had to wait 24 hours till the 30th. Then the second request was confirmed

This is about Bark India. Earlier they used to be good. Now they have poor quality and fake leads. I spent money to talk to a lead. Without having a single conversation with the lead, I dont think it's fair for me because my money is wasted. They wont issue a refund for the same. They also cancelled my Elite Pro subscription without my permission even when I had paid for it.

As a tradesman it use to be ok, easy to see who you where pricing against, simple to use website probably the best of the lot…….but not now since changes have been made. Lead costs have rocketed. You can’t see who you pricing against. My area is flooded with contractors so competition is high for the few small jobs that appear. Lists of contractor apply for jobs way outside the area. First to apply normally gets the job so if you miss it by minutes you’ve no chance. Descriptions are poor, just had a council tenant wanting to know down a wall without the councils permission. No vetting there. Now it’s just a money making machine, most if not call customers don’t know trades have to pay for leads. Any lead that states “advice required” should be avoided like the plague. You might provide advice but you won’t get the work. Terrible site.

These guys helped me choose a reputable guide for my Alps adventure. Being a novice in alpine mountaineering and having a fear of heights, safety was key for me, so naturally I wanted someone who knew their stuff. I'm happy to report that we summited both Gran Paradiso and Mont Blanc in the same week. Thanks guys - and keep it up!

I wrote a very positive post about 2 orders received from Next, which included mention of part of the order being missing, but I also commented about how efficiently Next dealt with the issue. Yet, apparently, the inclusion of any kind of vaguely negative comment is against Feefo's "policy"! I have no idea why Next would use such a flaky company for this important feedback - unless Next aren't genuinely interested in customer feedback. I'll never bother reviewing their products again, all the while they continue to use Feefo for this "service". UPDATE 29 March 2024: I received a "cut and paste" email response from Feefo, stating that my review of Next had only been "partially published" because I'd put part of my review "in the wrong place", giving me a "Support" email address to contact Feefo for further advice. So I sent an email to them, pointing out that it's impossible for a reviewer to put any part of their review in the "wrong place", because their site only offers you one text box! I then received an auto-response from Feefo saying, "MESSAGE BLOCKED"!!! You'll see that the only reason Feefo has 1.5 stars on Trustpilot is because a few reviewers have mistakenly attributed good reviews of other businesses to Feefo's listing. Personally, I would give Feefo "zero" stars, if that was possible.

The best reviewing platforms for your business
Word on the street is… the word’s gone online
You probably like reading reviews before you purchase a product or service, right? They’re our most trusted source of, well, whether to trust something. Reviews are an essential marketing tool – drawing traffic, creating leads, and making conversions.
People sometimes put off signing up to review sites for fear of receiving negative online reviews, or even none at all. However, you need business reputation to drive traffic, and there are ways to cope with negative online reviews should they arise. Indeed, even negative customer reviews are important because they can help you to see where you might need to improve your customer service.
Maybe you want to be on all the review sites to get the most exposure as possible, or maybe you want to start with just one. Either way, we’ve put together some of the most popular review platforms out there. These cover the biggest B2C and B2B review sites, but of course there are many more out there for particular service and target consumer niches.
B2C review platforms
Amazon customer reviews.
- A go-to for consumers looking for information on a product before buying.

- You can quickly track reviews and respond to feedback.
YellowPages
- It still exists (!) but online…
- A directory and local marketing solutions provider that focuses on helping local businesses grow.
- List for free.
Don’t forget about your own website…
Whether you’re business can be found on lots of reviewing platforms or not, don’t forget to include some of those all important testimonials you receive on your own website. If you don’t wish to use a 3rd party like Feefo or Trustpilot then many website platforms such as WordPress or Shopify have their own on-site review systems you can use to get valuable customer feedback automatically.
Business reviews can appear in search results
Business reviews and ratings are now often included in search results. Google, for instance, will often directly display online business reviews and consumer ratings following a search, as shown below.
How can businesses get more reviews?
- Emailing consumers directly.
- Leave requests for reviews with codes and review sites on their receipts.
- Apply automated business review processes to your site.
