The 2023 ACC technical program will comprise several types of presentations in regular and invited sessions, tutorial sessions, and special sessions along with workshops and exhibits. For contributed and invited papers, authors will have the option to present to a larger audience in a rapid-interactive (RI) format.
2023 ACC/WCC
All promotional materials (including announcements, signage, invitations, emails, websites, advertisements, posters, and flyers) must be approved by ACC prior to printing or use. Final versions of materials should be submitted for approval by February 17, 2023. Send all materials to [email protected]. October 12.

Please bring your presentation as a .ppt or .pptx and .pdf file on a USB memory stick. Presentation laptops will be provided in the session halls. Please note, a presentation with your own laptop is not possible. Make sure to hand in your presentation to the volunteers responsible for the presentations, the latest 15 min before the session starts.

To create and print a poster larger than 56 inches, your PowerPoint template will have to be half the size required. For example, if you want to create and print a 36x60 poster, your page size has to be 18x30. At printing time, we will print the poster at 200%.
