A look back at some of the the new features we have added during 2019.
The new landing experience transforms the way that HR / Business users view and manage their employee moves.
With the new employee requests feature, employees can initiate their own requests. Request details and availability can be controlled automatically, providing self-service tailored to the employee.
The Mobile Employee Experience (MEE) now allows users to select between dark and light mode in their settings.
Search and labels have been added to the documents screen, along with an improved way to upload multiple files at once.
Validate bank account information at source, either when entered by employees or the mobility team. Following client requests, the bank account screen has been updated to add IBAN, SWIFT and routing number validation, plus country/currency validation warnings.
With the new employee delegates feature, employees can invite their spouse/partner, PA, etc to access their MEE.
Employees can be automatically/manually allocated budgets to claim expenses against.
The Mobile Employee Experience (MEE) is being refreshed, to provide a more modern interface and navigation improvements.

What We Offer
In this nine-week Summer Internship program, you will be hired directly into one of our high performing Operations teams. During the program, you will work in a transformative environment that develops your skills and knowledge while delivering core services to the firm and its clients.
Your responsibilities will vary based on your location and team assignment. You’ll help deliver key solutions to our clients in coordination with other JPMC teams. In addition, you will gain exposure to senior leaders and receive best-in-class training as part of a broader analyst community.
You will make an impact in a specific Operations area, which could include payments, trading services, lending services, client management, and many others. Some examples of the impact you will make are help to manage the end-to-end client onboarding experience coordinating with clients or front office, be responsible for processing and investigating client transactions for a variety of products, or data analytics and reporting support for operational functions, help support a trading desk by booking trades, tracking profits & losses, and monitoring overall asset health.
You’ll develop skills that will help you grow within the Operations organization while increasing your contributions to the team.

On-the-job Experience
You’ll begin contributing to an Operations team from day one, by owning key part of the Operations process, ranging from client management, transaction processing, to asset servicing. While driving your core responsibilities, you will be growing your product expertise and looking for ways to innovate within the space.
In addition to on-the-job experience, you will be part of a community of other analysts and will attend social events, interact with senior leaders, and learn new skills.
You’ll begin with an orientation training that will provide an overview of the firm, our lines of business, and technical skills. You’ll also focus on building leadership and communications skills and strengthening core competencies.
Career Progression
You’ll finish the Summer Analyst program ready for your next career move within our Operations team. Many of our high-performing interns receive full-time offers from the firm.
