My Favourite Cartoon Character (Shinchan) Essay Class 7

essay on my favourite cartoon character shinchan

A cartoon is an explained visual art of two-dimensional form. An artist who creates cartoons is known as cartoonist. Some famous cartoonists are William Hanna and Joseph Barbara, Yoshito usui, Walt Disney etc. A cartoon is formed from Italian word “cartone” and Dutch word “karton”. Cartoons are loved by children dearly. It shows the total fantasy of the children. The fantasy liked by the children can only be shown in cartoons non other than in movies or films. For example- when in cartoon Tom and Jerry the cat tom is pressed  it is snubbed, but it again become as usual it was.

Sinchan with his Mother

The first cartoon made was Fantasmagorie in 1908 by Emile Chol. The first cartoon with synchronized sound is Walt Disney's Steamboat Willie, starring Mickey Mouse in 1928. Today’s cartoon is mainly produced by computer. Girls like watching Barbie cartoons mostly. It is noticed that girls usually watch Barbie cartoon. Barbie was introduced in the year 1959 on 9th march. Shin chan was started in 80s and is still running its new episodes. It was created by cartoonist Yoshito Usui.

My favourite cartoon character is Shinchan. Shinchan is a five year boy who used to create trouble for his family, friends and neighbors. He used to irritate by singing silly songs; which doesn’t has any meaning he also do same by taking off his pants. Shinchan also has a small family. His family members includes his mother Misae Nohara, father Hiroshi Nohara, sister Himahari Nohara, his dog Shiro and his grandparents. Shinchan’s favorite cartoon is Action Kamen; which he believes to be true. He reads in school Futaba  kindergarten. His teachers are Matsuzaka, Yoshinaga and his principal sir. He also has a group with his friends; who usually help people and is named as “Kasukabe Defence Organization.”

1st episode ----Here I am telling some of my favorite episodes. One day at night Shinchan’s mother served him  dinner including peas and Capcicum; which is hated by  Shinchan  very much. His mother told him to eat that but he didn’t want to eat it. So his mother ousted him of the home. For few hours he waited outside the home but he didn’t got any response from his mother. Then after not getting any response from his mother he went to his friend’s house Masao. There he started watching TV  without any tension, but his parents got tensed about his missing from the garden and they were searching him. However  Shinchan  was watching TV there with relax mind. It put us in feeling of huge laughter.

2nd episode ---- This episode is about when Shinchan’s mother sent him to buy some meat. He went to the market to buy 300gm of meat. Instead of going to meat shop, he went to the grocery shop to buy the meat. When he goes there he forgets what he has to buy? So the shopkeeper tells him to go back and ask his mother again. He goes back and asks his mother, when he got the answer he tells the shopkeeper to give him 300gm of meat. But the shopkeeper tells him that it is a grocery shop and tells him to go to the meat shop. There he found his friend Masao. His friend Masao by inadvertently (by mistake) forgets to bring his purse, so Shinchan helps his friend by giving the money to the shopkeeper. But Shinchan’s mother told him to give the exchange money to her and Shinchan does the opposite. Now the problem arises for Shinchan that how to escape from his mother’s temperament? So he goes to the park persiving that his mother will not be there. But his mother was there in the park, now there was no chance for Shinchan to escape from his mother. When mother Misae ask him where is the exchange money? Then he started talking about rubbish things. Misae understands what has happened? So she gave him a tight slap on his cheek but Shinchan turns around and tells that Man doesn’t have any pain ( in hindi- Mard ko kabhi dard nahi hota) So his mother became angry and start to chase him. It is a great episode for me

Favourite  Cartoon  Characters watching  are good for entertainment for children. But watching cartoon for longer periods of time is bad for health that is particularly bad for eyes. It puts a lot of strain on eyes of children. Many children has lost their eyesight and have a big problem in studies. Today's survey is showing that many children are becoming overweight and have also pre-ages diseases. They  shouldn’t have those diseases in this age. This is because the infra rays coming from the TV damages eye vision very much. So children should watch cartoons for few hour . The main positive impact of watching cartoon is that it put us in huge  laughter and we know that laughing is good exercise for health.

Essay on My Favourite Cartoon Character Shinchan [PDF]

Hello readers, today let see the essay on My Favourite Cartoon Character Shinchan. So let’s dive into it!

shinchan essay feature image

One of the more interesting aspects of cartoon characters is that they can be endowed with adult capabilities and abilities even though they are supposed to be children. It never ceases to amaze me at how these cartoon figures can be so smart, strong, and capable even though they are not over 10 years old.

Shinchan is one such character. I could never possess the capabilities and abilities he has when I was 5 years old. When Shinchan is kicked out of his home for not eating vegetables, a crime in todayтАЩs real world, he goes to his friendтАЩs house and watches tv.

I would be too scared to do that if I was 5 years old and told my mother to leave the house. I would sit on the front step afraid to make any move because I would be alone in a very risky area.

Also, Shinchan has no fear which makes him a better person than I even though he is only a fictional character. He is able to walk the streets, go on shopping errands for his mother and return home without being afraid or scared of anything. That is something else I could not do as a 5-year-old.

What I see in Shinchan that makes him my favorite cartoon character is that he has abilities, etc., that I never had, and wished I did have like a 5-year-old child. One thing we do share though is our inability to be understood.

This was a character flaw that was endearing, not off-putting. Shinchan looked human because of this problem and it helped me to relate to him a lot better. He is difficult to understand because the character is written and voiced from a Japanese point of view.

There are a lot of Japanese words he uses that just cannot be translated into another language. Plus, he is 5 and he does not understand all the meanings of the words he uses. His inappropriate use is funny but makes one scratch their head in bewilderment.

A similar reaction I got as a child from my friendтАЩs parents and other adults. Another flaw that helps me like this character is his ability to misunderstand an instruction and then go off thinking he knows what to do. As a 5-year-old boy I did some of the exact same things.

Unfortunately, my results were real and not so good. They also canтАЩt be erased or forgotten like ShinchanтАЩs can. He is luckier than I as when he is punished he does not get hurt. Sadly, my seat of learning hurt quite a bit when the belt of knowledge was applied to it.

But that difference wasnтАЩt enough to dissuade me from making him my favorite cartoon character. Instead, it helped me identify with him more as we both have our own problems and character flaws.

I can only laugh at his lack of tact when he asks inappropriate questions of adults. I do not know how many times I did that. I laugh even harder when I recall some of their facial expressions when they heard my questions.

If there was a character quality I did not like about Shinchan, it is that he doesnтАЩt age. No matter how much time passes, he remains 5 years old. Unlike me, who ages with every passing year.

Sometimes I wish I could stop time and keep from aging. But then I think, it would not be a good life being stuck at the age of 5 for the rest of my life. So I guess I have something better than Shinchan has.

I get to grow up and see what the good things he brings to my life when I need some healthy entertainment. Also, I get to do adult things he will never be able to do.

Essay About My Favourite тАШCartoon Characters: Tom and JerryтАЩ – in 500 words

Crafting essays about cartoon characters can be a fun method to help young ones. Here’s a brief piece about Tom and Jerry:

Title: The Timeless Appeal of Tom and Jerry

Introduction

Cartoons have always been an integral part of our lives, bringing joy, laughter, and valuable life lessons to viewers of all ages. Among the countless animated characters, Tom and Jerry, created by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera in 1940, have carved a special place in my heart. This dynamic cat-and-mouse duo has not only entertained but also imparted important life lessons, making them my all-time favorite cartoon characters.

The Classic Cat and Mouse Comedy

Tom and Jerry’s enduring popularity is founded on the age-old premise of a cat, Tom, chasing a clever mouse, Jerry. What follows is a series of hilariously orchestrated chases, comedic antics, and slapstick humor that have remained timeless. The show’s genius lies in its ability to generate laughter without the need for dialogue, transcending language barriers and appealing to audiences worldwide.

Universal Humor Beyond Words

The first reason I adore Tom and Jerry is their capacity to communicate humor universally. The show’s humor relies heavily on visual cues, exaggerated facial expressions, body language, and clever sound effects, making it accessible to people of all ages and from diverse cultural backgrounds. It’s a brand of humor that can be appreciated without the need for words, connecting people through laughter.

Timeless Entertainment and Endless Laughter

Another aspect that sets Tom and Jerry apart is their timeless humor. Decades may have passed, but the sight gags, pranks, and ingeniously executed chases still induce fits of laughter. The simplicity of the humor, marked by Tom’s ill-fated plans and Jerry’s crafty escapes, makes it both endearing and relevant for children and adults alike.

Adaptability: Staying Fresh Through the Ages

Tom and Jerry’s enduring charm also stems from their ability to adapt to changing times. While the core concept of cat versus mouse remains consistent, the creators introduced new settings and scenarios, keeping the show innovative. From their classic battles within a house and garden to adventures across different time periods, Tom and Jerry have managed to stay fresh while preserving their original appeal.

Life Lessons in Friendship and Rivalry

Beyond the humor, Tom and Jerry offer valuable life lessons in friendship amidst rivalry. While they may appear as adversaries, moments arise when they collaborate and help each other, particularly when faced with external challenges. This underscores the importance of being there for friends when they need us, even when we have our differences. It’s a lesson in the enduring nature of true friendships.

Timeless Morals and Values

Tom and Jerry’s dynamic also represents the age-old rivalry between cats and mice. This enduring conflict allows viewers, especially children, to explore concepts such as cause and effect, consequences, and the idea that actions have reactions. The characters’ resilience, determination, and adaptability in the face of constant setbacks convey essential life values.

Cultural Icons and Wider Influence

Tom and Jerry have transcended their animated origins to become cultural icons. Their enduring popularity has given rise to a plethora of merchandise, including toys, books, and even a full-length feature film. Moreover, the show’s impact on the world of animation is immeasurable, influencing countless animators and creators who followed in Hanna and Barbera’s footsteps.

Conclusion: A Timeless Source of Joy

In conclusion, Tom and Jerry are more than just cartoon characters; they are timeless companions on a laughter-filled journey through our lives. Their humor transcends language and culture, their adaptability is impressive, and the life lessons they impart are invaluable. Tom and Jerry’s enduring legacy continues to bring joy and laughter to children and adults alike. Their friendship amidst rivalry serves as a reminder that true friends are there for each other, regardless of the obstacles they face. These iconic characters will always have a special place in my heart, reminding me of the enduring power of laughter and the strength of lasting friendships.

Together, they embark on a series of enchanting adventures that have not only provided me with endless entertainment but have also left a lasting impression on my understanding of friendship, creativity, and the wonders of exploration.

Five-year-old Japanese character named Shinchan Nohara is my favourite animated character. He's a naughty boy. He is enrolled in kindergarten at Futaba School. By singing nonsensical tunes he loves to irritate his friends, family, neighbours, and teachers. He is very humorous, and his voice is even more hilarious. His parents, sister, dog, grandparents make up a beautiful family for him. He is close friends with Kazama, Masao, Nani, and Bochan. Among them all, Shinchan is the most cunning. In addition to enjoying chocolate treats, Shinchan enjoys watching the animated series Action Kamen. Shinchan, a cartoon character, is full of hope and enthusiasm, which is what I love most about him.

My Favourite Cartoon Essay for Kids and Children

The 90s generation of children greatly adores Tom and Jerry, and I'm one of them. I regard it as one of the best cartoons in the world. The cartoon's Tom and Jerry are two distinct characters.

Jerry is a mouse, while Tom is a cat. Tom is constantly bothered by Jerry and has items stolen from the home. Poor Tom tries so hard to catch Jerry but is never successful. Despite being mischievous, Jerry is a clever mouse that occasionally lends a hand to Tom. When someone else is bothering Jerry, sometimes even Tom steps in to help. This cartoon series stands out due to the amusing pursuit and run of these two characters. Even though Tom and Jerry often argue, their bond is still evident. They tell me that even though we donтАЩt stay with our friends, we should always be there for them if they need us.

I enjoy watching Tom and Jerry. Tom and Jerry are two of my favourite cartoon characters, and you can find their posters all over my room and on my school bag, pencil box, Scooty's key chain, t-shirts and other items. Although I usually receive scolding for this, I'll always be ready for a battle like Tom and Jerry.

Cartoons are one of the effective ways to convey ideas through colour. Children are drawn to coloured moving visuals before they comprehend any messages, giving them access to a universe full of symbols that reflect complex views to convey to a young youngster. The morals of honesty, kindness and other crucial virtues are frequently taught in children's cartoons. Kids can learn how to be better individuals in their own lives by watching these lessons play out on screen.

My Favourite Cartoon Characters

Tom And Jerry | I have a special place in my heart for this series. Concerning the series' plot: The owner's pet is called Tom, and the home also has a mouse named Jerry. My favourite character is Jerry. I find him to be cute. It always centred on the altercation between Tom and Jerry. Tom made an effort to catch Jerry after he stole something. Jerry is quite open and naughty. He constantly annoys Tom. I enjoyed seeing them clash. They stand for the actual essence of friendship as well. Everyone's favourite animated series is undoubtedly Tom and Jerry. One of the most-watched animated series ever is this one. Most people, including me, continue to adore this humorous show, which still has a sizable fan base.

Doraemon | My second-favourite anime programme is Doraemon, a superpowered robotic cat. He lives in Nobita's house. Nobita is a lazy but good-hearted person. He often finds himself in difficult situations, and Doraemon is always there to assist him. Shizuka is a friend of Nobita's. Suniyo and Jian are among Nobita's opponents. They constantly trouble Nobita, and cause him difficulties. But Doraemon continually steps in to save him. He teaches Suniyo and Jian a lesson using his extraordinary abilities and tools.

Lessons To Learn

It isn't easy to grow up. I used to have a list of my favourite cartoon characters. Even though I had little TV time, I loved spending Sunday mornings watching cartoons. There is no limit to learning. We are all on a life's journey from the moment we are born until we pass away. Each event we have in life teaches us something new. Every minute spent at school and with friends teaches us something. All we need is an interest in learning. Our favourite cartoon characters from childhood have also taught us important truths about life.

Minimum reliance | Nobita is portrayed as being excessively reliant on Doraemon in comic books. He constantly complained when he had issues and asked Doraemon to assist him. Fortunately, Doraemon is a kind and considerate individual. However, relying on others all the time in real life is not advisable. Self- reliance is a key to being independent. This series taught me that I must address the issue independently and take help as and when required.

The cartoon industry is vast and highly well-liked in the end. The audience for it is significant. These well-known cartoon characters have inspired a variety of goods, including pencils, bags, and lunch boxes, which are well-liked by kids.

Key Points To Note: Essay On My Favourite Cartoon Character For Lower Primary Classes

10 lines on тАШmy favourite cartoon character: barbieтАЩ, a paragraph on тАШmy favourite cartoon character: mickey mouseтАЩ, short essay on тАШmy favourite cartoon character: chhota bheemтАЩ, long essay on тАШmy favourite cartoon character: cinderellaтАЩ for kids, essay about my favourite тАШcartoon characters: tom and jerryтАЩ for kids, essay on тАШmy favourite cartoon character: doraemonтАЩ for children, what will your child learn from this essay.

A childтАЩs favourite cartoon character stays with them for a long time, which is why an essay on this topic is something that one cannot do without, in the sense that it forms a core memory, and there is just so much to say and write about the subject. Every kid loves to watch cartoons and has one favourite cartoon character they adore. However, young kids may struggle to write about their favourite cartoon characters or form meaningful sentences. We have some simple tips, references, and paragraphs to help them write an interesting essay on their favourite cartoon character and understand essay structuring.

Kids can talk for hours about their favourite cartoon character. However, when it comes to writing an essay, they may struggle with what to write. Here are some key points that will help them write a great essay on their favourite cartoon character:

  • Give a brief introduction to the cartoon character.
  • Briefly explain the plot of the cartoon series.
  • Write about the role and characteristics of the cartoon character.
  • Write why you like this character.

Barbie is one of the most loved cartoon characters by most young kids. Here are a few lines that will help in writing an┬аessay for classes 1 and 2┬аstudents on Barbie:

  • Barbie is the most popular fashion doll in the world.
  • It was created by Ruth Handler and manufactured by Mattel Inc.
  • There are many animated series, cartoons and films based on the life of Barbie, her family and her friends.
  • I love to watch Barbie Dreamhouse Adventures and Barbie: Life in a Dreamhouse series.
  • Barbie is a fashionable, sweet and intelligent girl.
  • The cartoon series shows the life of Barbie and her many adventures.
  • Apart from Barbie, some other important characters on the carton are Ken, Skipper, Stacie and Teresa.
  • The animated series is full of humorous situations where Barbie and her family tackle different problems they face.
  • I have two dolls, one Barbie and one Ken doll. I also have a barbie doll house.
  • ┬аI love Barbie because she is always helping her family and her friends in any situation.

There would hardly be a child or adult who doesnтАЩt love Mickey Mouse. Here is a paragraph on the worldтАЩs most popular cartoon character:

Walt DisneyтАЩs Mickey Mouse is an iconic cartoon character. From small towns to big cities, Mickey Mouse is a household favourite in the world. The pet mouse drawing that Walt Disney created inspired Mickey MouseтАЩs character; he was the first cartoon character in the world to speak. The cute little mouse is featured in many cartoon shows and movies. Even after decades of telecasting, those shows are still popular. Mickey, his friend Pluto, Donald Duck, Minnie Mouse, etc., takes us on many fun adventures. The friendship and mutual love of Mickey Gang make the show popular. It teaches me that with our friends, we can overcome any trouble.

One of the favourite cartoon characters of Indian kids is Chota Bheem. HereтАЩs an essay on this topic for young kids:

India is not far behind Western cartoons when it comes to creating fun and inspirational characters. Chota Bheem cartoon is a popular Indian cartoon show and character that I love the most. The show and characters take inspiration from the epic Mahabharat. However, it doesnтАЩt follow the story of Mahabharat. Chota Bheem, together with his group of friends тАУ Chutki, Raju and Jaggu, a monkey, teach us great things. They fight bad people together, destroy evil and stand for justice. Chota Bheem, though a kid, is very strong and intelligent. Through his intelligence, he helps everyone, even the bad kids who trouble him. Chota Bheem teaches us to be truthful, and bold, help everyone, fight evil and do good to everyone. The Chota Bheem cartoon show inspires me to be a good and smart kid like Chota Bheem.

my favourite cartoon character for kids - cindrella

This simple and easy essay will teach lower primary class kids the long sentence construction and structuring of essays:

Cinderella is the most popular princess in the cartoon world. The cartoon series is based on the folk tale тАШ The Little Glass SlipperтАЩ. There are many variations of the story of Cinderella in the world. The story is adapted into many books, films, and animation series. However, what I like the best are the movies and animation series made by Disney. Cinderella is often called a Disney princess.

Cinderella cartoon tells the story of a beautiful and poor girl. She lives with her evil stepmother and two sisters. Cinderella is very pretty with lovely long hair. Her gentle and loving nature makes everyone love her. But her family treats her very badly. Her step sisters are jealous of her beauty. So, her stepmother and sisters make her do all the housework. Even in the tattered clothes, Cinderella looks beautiful. The story talks about the magical meeting of Cinderella and the Prince. But they are separated, and the prince to find her, just has her glass slipper. And finally, through that slipper, Cinderella meets her prince and lives happily ever after.

I love the hopeful and positive story that inspires us to be always brave and good. Despite all her adversities, Cinderella never loses hope, sweetness, kindness and strength. She is cheerful even in her troubles. And through her strong spirit, she one day gets what she deserves, to be a princess. Even after becoming a princess, she doesnтАЩt treat her family badly. Though a cartoon character, Cinderella teaches me to be always nice, polite, humble and hopeful. The message I get from watching Cinderella is that being nice and compassionate is not a weakness. Through their inner strength, good people can overcome any obstacle and become successful.

my favourite cartoon character for kids - tom and jerry

Writing essays on cartoon characters is a great way to teach sentence construction to young kids. Here is a short composition on Tom and Jerry for kids:

Tome and Jerry are the funniest of cartoon characters. The animation series shows the story of a pet cat Tom who has to chase out the naughty mouse Jerry. Jerry is always troubling Tom and stealing things from the house. Poor Tom is always trying to catch Jerry but always fails. Jerry, though naughty, is an intelligent mouse who at times, also helps Tom. And sometimes, even Tom helps Jerry when someone else troubles him. But soon, they are back to being enemies. The funny chase and run of these two characters is what makes this cartoon series stand out. Though Tom and Jerry are always fighting, their friendship is still evident. They teach me that we may fight with our friends, but when our friends need us, we should always be there for them.

Writing this essay presents a wonderful opportunity for children to express their views about their favourite character. Here is an essay on Doremon for kids:

I love to watch many cartoon shows. One of my most loved cartoon characters is Doremon. I love Doremon; though it is a Japanese animation character, I watch it in English translation. The story is about an intelligent earless robotic cat, Doremon. The robotic cat is from the 22nd century but comes back to the present time to help a young boy, Nobita Nobi. Nobita is weak in his studies and gets bullied all the time. Doremon protects Nobita, helps him in his studies and improves his life. I enjoy the numerous gadgets that Doremon carries. The friendship between the optimistic Doremon and cute Nobita teaches me to love all my friends.

As your kid writes a few lines on this topic, they learn to express their views, develop their sentence construction abilities, and improve their vocabulary. Through cartoons, kids learn many good things. When they are writing an essay on their favourite cartoon character, they get an opportunity to inspect those things in detail. Essay writing brings out their creativity, make them think about the topic and frames sentences in a structure. This helps your kid to improve their linguistic skills.

Kids have a good opportunity to visualise their favourite cartoon character and write down their feelings about that character when writing an essay about their favourite character. Essay writing helps in improving the writing skills of young kids.

My Favourite Cartoon – Essay 1

“Sometimes, the smallest things take up the most room in your heart.”

The cartoon has always been an important part of my lifestyle during childhood.┬а I always used to connect myself with the cartoon characters. It’s not only me who loved cartoons this much. There are lots of younger people across the world who love this illustration work. They personally love the fact that cartoons are stress relievers. The cartoon series not only meant to entertain us, but they play a very important role in teaching. We have also seen that nowadays, small kids are learning through cartoon animation. They find it very interesting and entertaining at the same time. I have a long list of my favorite cartoons, but I will share my top favorite cartoon series. Therefore, here are some of my favorite cartoon characters and series.

My Favourite Cartoon is Tom and Jerry

I would like to thank the creators of this sensational Cartoon Show “Tom and Jerry.” This show has a special place in my heart. It will be a lie if someone says that they don’t like Tom and Jerry. Well talking about the storyline of the show, Tom is the name of the pet of the house owner, and in that house, there is a mouse called jerry. Jerry is my favorite character. I find him cute. It has always been about the fight between Tom and Jerry. Jerry used to steal something, and Tom tries to catch him.

Jerry is very naughty and provoking. He always irritates tom. I loved to watch them fighting. Apart from that, they have symbolized the true meaning of friendship. When it comes to the common task, they have done it very significantly. I am sure that Tom and Jerry are the favorite cartoons of every age group. It is one of the most successful cartoon shows. It still has a huge fan base, and most of the people, including me, still like this funniest show.

My Favourite Cartoon is Doraemon

Doraemon is my 2nd favorite cartoon show.┬а He is a cat robot who has superpowers. He lives at nobita’s house. Nobita is a very lazy character but innocent. He always gets himself in trouble, and whenever he is in trouble, Doraemon will be there to help him. Nobita has a female friend named Shizuka. Nobita has several enemies, too, Suniyo and Jian. They are best friends but still bully nobita. They always put nobita in trouble and make him feel embarrassed in front of Shizuka. But Doraemon always comes to help him. By using his superpower and gadgets, he teaches a lesson to suniyo and Jian.

Also, Jian is a very bad singer. He always irritates people by singing songs. Doraemon loves nobita and Doraemon always helps nobita in his homework.┬а After all, they are cartoon characters and we need to see them for entertainment purposes only. Doraemon teaches lots of positive lessons like Nobita to have Doraemon, but we don’t. So we should not wait for Doraemon to come and help us. We should do it by ourselves. Another lesson which the show Doraemon teaches is that we should not bully someone. These are the reasons why I love Doraemon. I am sure that many younger generation kids love this show.

My Favourite Cartoon is Cinderella

Life is not always fair. Cinderella teaches to deal with that. This show is very popular among girls. They are mad about it. Even I like this show. It teaches us to deal with life problems. Cinderella teaches children they have choices. Cinderella is considered a beloved classic story. Cinderella is an orphan. She doesn’t have her real parents. She lives with her stepfamily ‘Cruel stepfamily’. She has a cruel stepmother, who is always being jealous of Cinderella. Cinderella has a cruel stepsister as her stepmother. They are selfish, jealous, and vain. They are lazy too. When Cinderella’s sisters see the dress made by Cinderella’s friend, they tear it to shreds. On the other side, Cinderella is kind to others.┬а She is kind to the creatures in the world.

Animal characters in the show also teach us life lessons. Bruno, Major, Jaq, Gus, birds, and Lucifer are the characters of the show Cinderella.

More than an entertaining show, Cinderella is a life teaching show. It adds value to the viewers’ minds. This show helps kids to understand life after growing. That is the reason behind the popularity of this show. It never fails to teach. It has a special place in people’s hearts.

My Favourite Cartoon is ChotaBheem

ChotaBheem is a story based in a village named Dolakpur.┬а Bheem is a 9-year-old boy who is very intelligent and brave. He always helps the villagers. He is the favorite of all the people in the village except some. Kaliya is a character who always gets jealous of Bheem. Where Bheem always helps people on the other side, Kaliya used to ruin things. He was jealous of the popularity of Bheem.

Chutki is the female character of the show. She is the daughter of the tuntun mausi. Tuntun mausi makes very tasty laddoos. Raju and Jaggus are also the characters of this show. Raju and Jaggu have a rivalry with kaliya and his friends.┬а Kaliya has his sidekicks, twin brothers, dholu, and bholu.┬а Kaliya wants to prove that he is better than Bheem. But he fails every time; Bheem is always kind to others. Bheem always helps others.

The story revolves around the rivalry between Bheem and kaliya. Most episodes revolve around the problems of villagers and how Bheem solves it. It is a very popular show in India. It is very famous among the children. It is considered as the largest children’s entertainment brand in India.

In the end, I want to add that the cartoon industry is very vast and popular. It has a large audience group. The products of these famous cartoon characters like pencil, bags, Tiffin box are popular among the children. Nowadays the animation is useful everywhere, not only children but the working corporate professional also uses this animation presentation idea. My favourite cartoons have helped me to be courageous and made me learn various good habits.

essay on my favourite cartoon character shinchan

Shinchan тАУ The Most Famous Cartoon Character of the Generation

essay on my favourite cartoon character shinchan

What is the most tedious task in the world? Plausibly, to make someone smile! Valid? ┬а Shinchan Cartoon Character is able to bring smiles to the face o millions.

Introduction of Shinchan Cartoon Character

Inspired by the real-life story of a kid, Shinnosuke Nohara, Shinchan is the most beloved cartoon series. Shinnosuke Nohara, a chilled kid and always up to some mischief sort of child, died in a car accident. Like the other days, one day, the Nohara Family went to the supermarket for the usual groceries purchasing, and suddenly Shinnosuke noticed his little sister, Himawari, crossing the trail all by herself, without any assistance.

Shinnosuke ran to rescue her but unfortunately faced an accident with a car. Both Shinnosuke and Himawari died a fateful death, a death unexpected, and unprecedented. After this occurrence, Misae, the mother of Shinnosuke and Himawari, slipped into the swamps of despair and depression.

Misae started carving her kids on a scrapbook, the joyful moments that they enjoyed together, the playfulness of Shinnosuke, and the fights of both. She used to visualize how her son and her daughter would have been if they were alive.┬а

MisaeтАЩs scrapbook inspired Yoshita Usui, the illustrator of the cartoon series Shin-chan. He decided to create an anime by the title тАЬCrayon ShinchanтАЭ Yes, all those comic moves of Shinchan and his outlandish replies to various people is the creation of her mother. Of course, with a pinch of ingenuity and creativeness of the illustrator. ┬а ┬а

The advent of the Shinchan cartoon character

Crayon Shinchan made its first appearance in 1990 through a Japanese weekly magazine called тАШWeekly Manga actionтАЩ published by Futabasha. More than 275 million copies of the manga have been sold worldwide in the last 20 years. The series was first aired on TV Asahi in 1992. Until today, the series has been dubbed in 30 dialects and is televised in 45 countries.

A total of around 1007 episodes and 26 full-length movies have been produced under the name Crayon Shinchan. In India, it is broadcasted in mainly three varied languages- Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. Apart from these, unofficial episodes in the Punjabi language are also popular. ┬а ┬а

However, Yoshito Usui expired on September 11, 2009, after a fall from Mount Arafune. After Yoshito died, Futabasha originally intended to end Crayon Shinchan in November 2009. But after discovering new manuscripts of Crayon Shinchan, Futabasha decided to stretch the series to the March 2010 issue of the magazine, which was shipped on February 5, 2010.

Formerly, the series ended on February 5, 2010. However, on December 1, 2009, it was announced that a new manga would begin in the summers of 2010 by the fellow team members of Yoshito under the title, New Crayon Shinchan.┬а ┬а

How popular is the Shinchan cartoon character ?

The series holds popularity among children, teenagers, and even some adults. But the fact is that it justifies this fame because it helps diminish stress, anxiety, strains, anger, and all those glum vibes that had clambered your heads from the beginning of the day.

It induces a smile on the face of people and makes them disremember everything that they underwent the entire day. Crayon Shinchan portrays a beautiful family bond where the character Shinchan relishes his own miniature world, and he does not take needless tensions on his head. His family comprises his mom, Misae, his dad, Hiroshi, his sister, Himawari, and their little pet, Shiro. Shinchan has primarily 4 friends named Bo Chan, Nany, Masao, and Kazama.

They have a gang, Kasukabe Defense Group, where they strive to shield their city, Kasukabe, from atrocities, but they end up making stupid and ridiculous strategies and ultimately go back to their homes. The show has nothing unusual or strange like Doraemon and other comic series. It is pretty much relatable to our own lives because it exhibits several aspects of life viz., friendships, family affection and bonding, naughtiness, and cuteness of children, overcoming anxieties, and again getting into trouble. ┬а ┬а

Shinchan cartoon character is known for its hilarious Dialogue

Shinchan has got some super cute and hilarious dialogue, which makes his character more useful for the purpose it is intended for, i.e., to make people smile, to make them chuckle. Whenever he comes back to his home, he says, тАШWelcome back MomтАЩ instead of тАШI am back home momтАЩ

Whenever someone is scolding him for his acts, he says, Abh main Itna Bhi Kuch khaas nahi, and then again, he is scolded for taking scolding as praise. He is just the perfect character who will not let you down at any time. Moreover, some of its episodes communicate a winning message like never lying to parents, taking care of our siblings, etc. In the series, Character Shinchan is in love with another action hero, Action Kamen, who delivers a lesson that Good eternally triumphs over evil.┬а ┬а

Final Words

The illustrators have decided not to show the ending of Shinnosuke because they intend to retain ShinchanтАЩs clown image and the happy-go-lucky image preserved in the hearts of its viewers.┬а ┬а

Hence, if you ever feel blue, just turn on the TV and get a readymade smile sponsored by Shinchan!!

Fantastic Beasts and Other Creatures Abound in MayтАЩs Graphic Novels

There be monsters in four new volumes out this month (yes, even in тАЬNancyтАЭ).

  • Share full article

The top image shows a composite of the covers of all four titles featured in the column.

By Sam Thielman

Sam Thielman is a reporter and critic based in Brooklyn. In addition to his monthly column for The Times, he has written about comics and graphic novels for The New Yorker, The Atlantic, Slate and The Guardian.

The seven-year wait since Emil Ferris published her debut graphic novel has felt far longer than that, but MY FAVORITE THING IS MONSTERS, BOOK 2 (Fantagraphics, 412 pp., $44.99) is finally here, and now the first book is no longer in a class by itself. There is apparently nothing Ferris canтАЩt render: A cartoony girl-werewolf тАФ her protagonist, Karen Reyes, drawn as she sees herself тАФ seems to flow from her multicolored ballpoint pens as easily as Jan Sanders van HemessenтАЩs musclebound Judith , standing contrapposto next to the head of Holophernes on one memorable page, wields her sword.

And thatтАЩs part of the point. Ferris is drawing a murder mystery and a story about Chicago in the 1960s and a coming-of-age tale, but sheтАЩs also interested in all the ways that high art is in conversation with low art. Her gangsters, drag queens and hippie philosophers might be aliens or vampires from a sleazy magazine on one page, but they could just as easily populate a Picasso or a Goya drawing on the next. ThereтАЩs a page of Medusa as the Mona Lisa that feels like the bookтАЩs cri de coeur: Why shouldnтАЩt beauty and monstrosity peacefully coexist within the same subject?

This is not merely an artistic problem. KarenтАЩs beloved brother, Deeze, is devoted and protective, but heтАЩs also brutally violent. And as Karen tentatively gets more comfortable being gay, she learns that one of her neighbors, Anka, a Holocaust survivor, has been murdered тАФ a fact made all the more tragic because of the terrible things she did to survive.

Ferris doesnтАЩt tie up all these plot threads; she revels in the contradictions rather than resolving them. A prequel, тАЬRecords of the Damned,тАЭ is reportedly already in the works, and somehow my anticipation for the next volume is already exactly the right kind of pleasant agony.

Last year when the artist Martin Simmonds was at New York Comic Con, he let curious passers-by flip through a beautiful portfolio of pages he had for sale. The most striking would become leaves for UNIVERSAL MONSTERS: DRACULA (Image/Skybound, 120 pp., $24.99) , drawn, painted and collaged by Simmonds and written by his frequent collaborator James Tynion IV. Those pages, with lace glued to them and gutters drawn with what looked like correction tape, are featured in this condensed тАЬDraculaтАЭ story, a lush volume that plays up Mina HarkerтАЩs attraction to the Transylvanian count.

Simmonds and Tynion have produced less an adaptation of the 1931 Universal Studios film, as the cover suggests, than a tone poem on its themes, which is all to the good. The script is spare and the images are generous and baroque; often, they sweep across pages and beyond borders, and Dracula himself gains a dreamlike quality. Little wonder that their Mina is so thoroughly seduced.

Despite a charming visual style that looks like a 1990s Cartoon Network offering and a cover that promises тАЬsix twisted tales of adorable horror,тАЭ Jay StephensтАЩs DWELLINGS (Oni Press, 272 pp., $34.99) is both a single, rewardingly complicated narrative and decidedly not for kids. The story concerns a little Canadian town called Elwich, populated by an encyclopedic variety of scary-story protagonists: ThereтАЩs the family on the lam from the mob, the woman whose puppet talks to her, and a demonic possession.

The characters are simple and their demises are satisfyingly horrible, a bit like especially gory episodes of тАЬThe Twilight Zone,тАЭ but that is only the plot. The icing is as much fun as the cake here: Each issue begins with an тАЬadvertisementтАЭ hawking cheap toys and magic tricks to kids, but the descriptive text is both funny (Existentialism, item No. 3306, is only $1.98) and very worrying. ItтАЩs the sort of thing you can enjoy once, and then resolve not to read again because it was too disturbing and then immediately pick back up.

The boom in reprinting classic newspaper comics somehow missed Ernie BushmillerтАЩs astounding тАЬNancy,тАЭ a strip that manages to reduce much of what makes comics work to its barest essence. (And yes, monsters dwell here as well.) It does this by making you laugh, and the editor Denis Kitchen has filled NANCY & SLUGGOтАЩS GUIDE TO LIFE (New York Review Comics, 148 pp., $24.95) with many of BushmillerтАЩs best gags.

Bushmiller drew the strip for 44 years, and, unlike with Charles M. SchulzтАЩs тАЬPeanutsтАЭ or Frank KingтАЩs тАЬGasoline Alley,тАЭ there was no deep psychology or narrative engine, so тАЬNancyтАЭ occasionally repeated itself. Here, Kitchen doles out little bits of BushmillerтАЩs unchanging but inarguable genius with scientific precision. HeтАЩs separated the book into three themes: Money, Food and Sleep, with the last being the strangest and most fun. (It is also probably the least funny, but who cares?)

ItтАЩs a showcase for BushmillerтАЩs prodigious drawing skills, which he played down his whole career. One terrific strip has Nancy being swatted by a giant mosquito; another has ghouls, ghosts and devils chasing her through her dreams and inspiring her to open a haunted house. All of them, through that peculiar Bushmiller magic, take longer to describe than they do to read and enjoy.
