A Metropolitan Police spokesperson told E! News that police were called that afternoon in response to reports of an assault in central London.

"Officers attended and found a woman in her 30s with a cut to her hand and reporting a liquid had been thrown at her face," the spokesperson said. "She was taken to hospital for treatment. The liquid was later confirmed to be a non-noxious cosmetic item."

The statement added, "Another woman left the scene prior to police arrival. An investigation is underway."

So You Think You Can Dance alum Korra Obidi was allegedly the victim of a harrowing attack in London.

“Currently in an ambulance to the hospital, there was a knife, acid attack on me in the UK 🇬🇧 in the middle of a live stream,” Obidi, 32, wrote via Instagram on Thursday, April 11, later claiming she was stabbed. “There's been a lot of hate in the past but this physical assault is a wake-up call.”

Obidi, who appeared on So You Think You Can Dance in 2019, uploaded a video she had taken moments after the alleged attack. In the clip, Obidi asked strangers on the street for water before being handed a bottle of soda. She used the liquid to rinse her eyes, seemingly to flush out the acid, while struggling to catch her breath.

In a follow-up video posted to her Instagram Story, Obidi can be seen wearing a towel while an unidentified man called emergency responders. The man revealed that the alleged attacker “ran off with the victim’s phone” before Obidi clarified she “was able to grab” it back.

Obidi has since denied that she fabricated the incident for “clout” after releasing her new single, “Outsider."

“I promise you … I don’t need that kind of clout. It’s not that deep for me,” she said in an Instagram video posted on Friday, April 12. “I wanna sing and dance; I love people and I love to sing and dance. And that’s it. What happened yesterday, I escaped with the best possible scenario.”

Obidi revealed that she only suffered small injuries, which left visible scars on the bridge of her nose and leg, and “a few bruises.”

“I’m really frazzled,” Obidi added on Friday. “I’m still shocked [and] I’m still shaking. But, that’s it guys. This is the best possible scenario that could have happened from there and I’m grateful to God it didn’t get worse than this.”

An investigation is currently ongoing, and Obidi is hopeful that “the ring leader to all these attacks” will be found.

Comedian ebiye criticizes korra obidi in light of ex-husband's accusations..

Comedian Ebiye has taken to the X-platform to slam dancer and artist Korra Obidi for allegedly cheating on her husband, Justin Dean.
This was in reaction to the evidence brought forward by Korra’s ex-husband
Comedian Ebiye criticized Korra Obidi, calling her a bastard.

Comedian Ebiye has condemned Korra Obidi after her ex-husband made some shocking claims about their past marriage.

Recall that few hours ago, Justin Dean, Korra’s Ex-husband, took to social media to unveil surprising details about their relationship prior to their separation.

In his revelations, he disclosed that during their marriage and even while Korra was carrying their child, she had traveled to Nigeria and engaged in a s3xual relationship with a married man.

As a result, countless individuals took to the comment section to condemn Korra Obidi for her dishonorable and disgraceful actions.

On the other hand, Korra herself vehemently denied these allegations, taking to her Instagram page to declare the entire story as an absolute fabrication.

She insisted that she never engaged in such behavior, going so far as to claim that the presented evidence had been completely doctored.

However, in response to Korra’s denial, comedian Ebiye publicly criticized her. In his message, he directly insulted her, referring to her as a b@st@rd.

Taking to his X handle, Comedian Ebiye wrote:

“ Fuck you Korra Obidi, bastard.”

Comedian Ebiye isn’t the only one to criticize Korra Obidi, Nkechi Blessing had taken to Instagram to condemn her.

Reacting to the revelations and accompanying screenshots, Nkechi Blessing expressed her disbelief and disappointment in Korra’s actions.

She condemned the dancer and rebuked women backing Korra Obidi in this saga.

WTF? Abeg abeg this is all shades of wrong… Hian 5 months pregnant? Hian.”

Others also chipped in their thoughts, One @ chyddo wrote: “ When a man cry he is considered weak, when a woman cry she is considered strong, this is why you hardly hear a mans side of the story, moving on is not easy for everyone, let him express himself!”

prettytesi wrote: “ Don’t know if this is true or not but if it was, he could have presented this in court to get full custody 💁‍♀️.”

In a surprising new development, Justin Dean, Korra Obidi’s ex-husband, has taken to Facebook to reveal the surprising facts about his daughter, June.

He revealed that his 4-year-old was twerking at him and thought it was cute. He further questioned his followers if this was women supporting women. He went on to state that, innocentlce shoulr should be protected.

In his words, he had this to say,

“My 4-year-old is twerking at me and thinks it’s cute. What the f k? How is this women supporting women? Protect the innocence for f k’s sake.”

Now recall that, just a few weeks back, Justin had gone on social media to cry out over how his ex-wife had slept with another man while she was carrying his pregnant.

Taking to instagram, he alleged that Korra had visited Nigeria in the guise of attending a friend’s wedding but ended up sleeping with her friend’s fiancé while she was 5 months pregnant.

Let us also recall that, a few months back, Justin had made a mockery of Korra Obidi’s new house. Kemi Filani had reported that Korra Obidi had splashed millions on a new house in Los Angeles, USA.

Justin had reacted to this house as he compared his apartment to Korra’s mansion. He further noted that a lot of people had been misinformed about her house. He went on to compare Korra’s current home to hers, hinting at the fact that he had a bigger apartment.
